The Reef Resort ligt in Koh Kradan, op 5 minuten varen met de speedboot vanaf de pier van Pak Meng. Het resort heeft gratis WiFi, een zwembad en een excursiebalie. Beach Hotel very cosy. Simple but with everything we need . We liked everything during our stay. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They have always been helpful and effective. The food at the restaurant is delicious. We liked the fact that there was not TV in the room. Congrats to the staff and management. We will come again

Beautiful spacious rooms, with excellent service. The hospitality and kindness of the staff but also villagers in nearby surroundings is like we’ve never seen before. I can say we’ve made friends and they will be certainly see us back at Villa Pateh one day. When we first arrived we really looked at each other wondering if we died and went to heaven. We had seen the pictures but the place was surreal as we walked around in the homely decorated house with the calm piano music at the background. As vegans the meals were something we were slightly worried about on the first day -when we found out they mainly served local fish and meat dishes at the hotel. (which I believe would be amazing for non vegans I’m sure) But the management were so kind and helpful that the next day they found delicious solutions to make the local dishes with tofu, tempeh, mushrooms and whatnot. If you want a taste of the real Thailand, want to meet local people and if you are interested in their culture and way of living then this is the place to be. I’d thought I’d write a book as review about how an amazing time we’ve had at this place but I don’t want to ruin other people’s first impression either. Let’s say it was one of the most surprising, unexpected and uncommon holiday experience of our lives. I certainly would’ve stayed a little longer to get to know some more of these lovely locals and experience some more of that simple happiness of just being.

Pang Long Chao resort ligt op 11 km van Treinstation Trang en 11 km van Klokkentoren van Trang, en heeft kamers in Trang. There are no words to describe the kindness with which Tuwachit took care of us! It might have been a benefit of staying at the resort outside of the main season, but we were taken such a great care of and felt like VIP all the time! It's truly priceless! For our stay we choose the River view room with the hot tub: it is true that it takes a while to fill it with water, but the whole resort is such a restorative, slow-living, in-the-heart-of-the-nature place that it didnt really bother us. The three-night stay was perfect for us to slow down, take walks in the forest-like property, watch the fishes, the birds and other living wild-ish life from the terrace of our special spot. It is very true that the location is remote: one needs a car or a shuttle to get to Trang, but the value for us was to really just be in this peaceful place and take in the nature around us. It is possibly more lively during the main season, but in the off-beat time that was what we experienced and liked very much. For the breakfast, we had an Asian selection (aka rice porridge) and I possibly could eat the same breakfast for a month. Home-made, very nicely prepared, delivered to our room and just very yummie every time. We also ate our dinner at the restaurant where we also enjoyed an inexpensive, very simple but made with care cuisine.

Pajaree and Udo‘s Happy Homestay in Trang biedt accommodatie met uitzicht op het zwembad, een buitenzwembad, een tuin, een gedeelde lounge, een terras en een bar. Gewoonweg fantastisch. We werden behandeld als koningen. Het ontbijt was subliem. De gastvrouw/ heer verwende ons zo erg goed dat we ze nu al missen. We waren precies op familiebezoek zo goed voel je u in deze Homestay. De gastvrijheid is eigenlijk moeilijk met woorden te beschrijven je moet het gewoon ervaren. Het beste wat we al in Thailand hebben ervaren!!!

Merry Spa & Resort is gelegen in Ban Khok Lo, op 2,7 km van Klokkentoren van Trang, en biedt accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, gratis privéparkeren, een tuin en een terras. Heerlijke plek om te verblijven in Trang. Iets uit het centrum maar met de typische "frog" tuktuk zit er er zo.

Dugong Village-Green Hotel heeft een terras, en is gelegen in Pak Meng in de regio Trang Province, op 42 km van Treinstation Trang en 43 km van Klokkentoren van Trang. The meals were delicious and service fantastic. The staff truly responded to all our requests, making our stay a delight.
