This was truly one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays I’ve ever had in Turkey. The check-in was fast and smooth, and they even upgraded my room to a more suitable one since I was traveling with a child — which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, well-organized, and perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The outdoor heated pool was one of the highlights of the hotel, and the spa was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Even the sports shop inside the hotel was beautiful, and I ended up buying a few things from there. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

I love everything about Bof Hotel, this was in fact our second stay after so many years. - The staffs are all amazing, many of them are kind, helpful and professional. A shoutout for one of the Customer Relations there, Ms. Buse who welcomed and answered all of our questions there - The size of the room are enough for our family - The meals (all breakfast, lunch and dinner, also coffee break) are all tasty and with huge variations of food. My children love it there. All the workers there were also fast and helpful - The locations of the hotel is great. Only 200m if you want to experience Cable Car to Bursa

Kaya Uludag ligt in de buurt van bossen op de helling van de Uludağ, en bevindt zich op 22 km van Bursa. Skipistes vindt u op 10 meter afstand. Ik ben ontzettend tevreden, ben goed geholpen vanaf het inchecken tot aan het uitchecken. Een warme welkom, vriendelijke personeel. Er wordt echt aandacht besteed aan de tevredenheid van de klant. Qua locatie, activiteiten en eten zeker waard voor een volgende keer. Vooral de service van de heer Serkan en de chefkok Özkan erg dankbaar voor. Bellboy Nuri en Ali, mevrouw Esma van de lobby en Zeynep van de receptie ook super vriendelijk, dank daarvoor.

We stayed at thid hotel 29.12.2023 - 01.01. 2024. The staff is great. They helped in everything. Good location. Check in was very fast!. The room is clean, nicely decorated, daily room cleaning and towel change. The breakfast was tasty and every day different food. The pool is clean and cosy, there is even a fitness but it's very comfortable. All organizational issues are resolved very quickly! Thank you to all the staff for the warm welcome. When we were leaving the hotel we got a sweet gift from the hotel, it was a surprise for us and we were very happy. 🇹🇷🇺🇦

It is a great place like in fairy stories in the middle of nature to take a rest from city life. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Here is a great family atmosphere with fresh oxygen from the forest. It's like medical cure to get the brain cool. The restaurant is very delicious with fresh marmalades and kaymak from local villages; I had never had such a pure taste before. Thanks for making this place.

The staff were highly trained, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a touch of luxury and exceptional service.
