We had such a great time at Insika Lodge. From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and nicely designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The food was really tasty, both breakfast and dinner were great. One of the highlights was the complimentary sunset river cruise, which completely exceeded our expectations. We happened to be celebrating a birthday during our stay, the team arranged a cake and celebration on the cruise at no extra cost. They also left a gift in the room. It was such a kind gesture that we’ll never forget. All of the staff were fantastic. We had a little issue in the room and they immediately solved it! We especially want to thank Grace for her kindness and exceptional service. We were also able to book activities (such as the Zambezi Park Game Drive) directly through the lodge, which was super convenient. There is also a nice spa on-site if you want to relax with a great massage. The free shuttle to the town and Victoria Falls gate was super handy, and when we needed a taxi outside the shuttle times, the lodge helped us arrange one for about $15 USD. And we could directly pay to the lodge. Even when we booked tours through other platforms like Viator, everything went smoothly, drivers knew the lodge and picked us up right from there. Overall, Insika Lodge was amazing, and we’re really happy we chose to stay there. Highly recommend it!

Intimate, quiet, and relaxing. Staffing goes above and beyond! Spacious room and d very comfy bed. Stayed with my sister, so the shower situation was a bit awkward - open tub and shower. Otherwise, it was great, especially the breakfast and lunch/dinner options. And wonderful staff! Can't say enough on how great they were!

Access to a wide-screen TV for sports viewing if wanted (we didn't) Staff happy to arrange activities, taxis, and advise about alternative dinner options when their kitchen closed for the evening to allow their staff to celebrate Christmas evening with their families. We will happily return.

The staff was helpful in making reservations for activities (rental bikes and an evening river cruise in our case) and for calling taxis for us

PheZulu Guest Lodge heeft een restaurant en accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, een tuin en een gedeelde lounge. Victoria Falls ligt op 4,4 km. Very comfortable, fabulous staff who were very accomodating and helpful. We were here over Christmas and were treated to a beautiful Christmas breakfast buffet and gifted mugs. We had a load of washing which we weren’t expecting a rush on (it’s Christmas!) but still received back within 24 hours with very stubborn stains removed. Big thanks to Ruth, Atwell and the whole team for making it a memorable trip.
