I liked everything about it: the central but quiet location; the spacious and bright room; the rich and varied breakfast; the two restaurants, the self-service one on the ground floor and the à la carte one on the 13th floor, the latter with a spectacular view; but above all, the kindness, courtesy, helpfulness and welcome of all the staff. I'm afraid I can't remember all the staff one by one, but I'd like to give special thanks to the blonde lady at breakfast, the Lebanese gentleman in the restaurant service, the red-haired gentleman in the lobby, the gentleman who helped me with a problem with a tour booking, but especially all the staff and waiters on the floors and in all the service areas. You have made me feel at home, thank you!

I was given a complimentary upgrade. The room was sizeable, bathroom was huge and spacious. The food quality is excellent and especially the half board I paid for (breakfast and dinner) was great value for money. Wide variety of food on the buffet to suit everyones needs. The pool location, size, the pool bar all exceeded our expectations. If you want a break with your family at a quality hotel with pool and good food this is the place to go. Overall best value for money hotel in the UAE.

Safe and friendly people. The comforting atmosphere makes the visit different from any other holy city. The holy mosque and the prophet Muhammad rooms are the main destination for all muslims around. Local shops for sovineers are all around.

completely fell in love with Riyadh. The people are incredibly welcoming, the weather at this time of year is perfect, and the city’s architecture and level of development are impressive. The food is excellent, with so much variety, and the atmosphere feels truly multicultural. A vibrant, modern city with its own unique character — I would happily stay much longer

Abu Dhabi is nice, much calmer than Dubai, and people are friendly. It also has everything one needs. The corniche is beautiful, clean and perfect for a stroll, run or cycle. We visited the newly built Zayed Museum which was lovely, but 2hrs there is enough.

We had a great time at Aswan, and visited both Philae Temple and Abu Simbel, which are beautiful embodied with rich history. There are several excellent choices of local Egyptian food. Tilapia from Lake Nassau was very tasty!

We came basically on the trail of Lawrence of Arabia, we were lucky to stay at Retaj Hotel close to the harbor and old quarter that we could easily walk to it as much as we wanted. However it was mid June during Eid ul Adha, shops and visitors attractions were closed, the city was quiet, and the heat and humidity kept us indoors most of our three day visit. Still it was fascinating to be in the city at this time, we didn't see much of Yanbu to make a judgement but we were grateful to make it, as it was our jump off point onwards to Umluj as well. The Yanbu Airport, by the way, was very impressive, and I love the long avenue of fire trees out to the highway. Neat and green landscaping made a great impression for us first time visitors. All in all a memorable visit to this part of Saudi Arabia, before we final exit as expats to start our retirement.

A two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located in a nice new neighbourhood close to Al Rashid Mega Mall. The apartment had its own designated parking and was around 10 - 15 minutes drive to Masjid e Nabwi by car. The owner a was a polite gentlemen who took us through the apartment before handing over the keys to us. The apartment also had a massage chair and had everything that you may require including a stacked fridge, an iron and iron board, electric kettle, utensils, crockery and washing machine etc. A definite value for money for 4 - 5 people and highly recommended.

Everything, bad attitude from the Egyptian guy on the phone, he shouted at me when I just ask about the location, because the name of the hotel is different from the one on booking!! No hot water in the bathroom, though it was cold weather. It is totally overpriced and not worth the money !! I don't recommend it.

Very kind people. The prices of the gifts are reasonable. The dates’ prices are excellent and good value compared to makkah or any where else. It is a nice transition from home to prepare for umrah before heading to makkah. Once you get closer to the Masjid An nabawi area the air smells amazing with oud smell that is unique to this place. Praying at the Raoudah Sharifa was very well organized. The tour bus is amazing very good experience. Taking the train from Madinah to Makkah is great and comfortable compared to a car or bus.

We worked there 30 years ago and our children were both born there, but we left when they were small, so this was a trip down memory lane for us, and an introduction to the kids. It had changes so much, ( for the better) and we had a wonderful time. We used to love the Shwarmas and the hotel guided us to a brilliant shwarma restaurant that we ate at frequently.
