I recently stayed at this hotel in JBR, Dubai, and I can confidently say it was a perfect experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding—reception staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything needed. Breakfast was another highlight, offering an extensive and diverse selection of delicious options to suit every taste. Whether you prefer fresh pastries, international dishes, or healthy choices, there’s something for everyone. However, the absolute best part of the stay was Cove Beach. As a hotel guest, you get free access to this stunning beach club, which truly elevates the entire experience. With its luxurious ambiance, crystal-clear waters, and top-tier service, Cove Beach is the crème de la crème of the hotel’s offerings. If you’re looking for the perfect combination of comfort, luxury, and an unforgettable beachside experience, this hotel is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

I’m absolutely thrilled with my stay at this hotel! Everything was truly top-notch — from the stylish design and spotless, comfortable rooms to the exceptional service. Every single staff member was incredibly polite, warm, and genuinely attentive. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly cared for. A special thank you to Kim, who made my mornings so delightful during breakfast. She was always smiling, so kind and thoughtful — it really set the tone for a great day. There was another lovely girl working alongside her, just as sweet and professional. I believe her name was also Kim, but I’m not entirely sure. In any case, I want to sincerely thank them both — you two are amazing! I’m beyond satisfied with my experience and will definitely come back here on my next trip to Dubai — even if it means going out of my way in terms of location. That’s how great this hotel is. This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. I will definitely book this place again.

Great camp with the BEST staff.

Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone wanting a different Dubai experience.

Everyone knows about Dubai: Great hotels, lovely restaurants, bars and hospitality. Huge range of shopping, albeit more expensive than the UK. However even in November it was still 31 degrees, and the constant building work, traffic and lack of wind means a permanent haze of pollution over the city. Will the building ever stop? On current signs, no. Unless you like sitting on a beach, 3 days is probably the perfect length of stay.

I go 4 times per year on business. JBR is a great place to stay if you like to walk to restaurants. It's close to the beach and a good place to base yourself for a vacation. Easy to travel for there.
