I disliked initially provided room, however the reception staff was prompt to offer another room of higher category. Could not be more thankful for this, considering that it was done on the very next day of my check-in. Despite the hotel being in desperate need of renovation, the customer service was beyond any praise - very positive, professional and super responsive, all the queries being solved immediately. Overall, gotta recommend this place out of the properties in Ajman, in case you are looking for good value for money.

The place is in such a peaceful spot. I loved the comfort and the cleanliness of the bed and studio we had stayed in. Staff is brilliant, super nice and friendly. Food in the restaurant is great, they offer so much options on their menu and food is pretty much great. I liked the most that staff actually reminded us to have a dinner and all the meals we paid for. That was so thoughtful. Everything we asked for came to our room within minutes.
