A comfortable hotel. The host was extremely nice and helpful. This level of hospitability is one of the best I've seen in my travels ever. Advice: Do not miss the Bohema cafe several houses from the hotel. It has a special athmosphere.

The location is great, right in from of the lake, the only problem is the road to reach the hotel, but it’s worth it. The staff is very helpful, they have a contact of a restaurant that delivers food. The view is very nice. There’s nothing around , so if you need anything you need to have a car or call a taxi.

The location was a few minutes away from Lake Sevan, I mistakenly thought it was closer to the lake shores. That did not put us off though as we couldn’t ask for a better host. One of the kindest people met in Armenia, he’ll go the extra mile to help you. The rooms were very spacious, spotlessly clean, modern and the bed was very comfortable. They have a parking space which was good too. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast was delicious too. For the warmer days, there’s a swimming pool and sun loungers in a private garden, which we did not use.

We visited after the high season had ended, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The beach was beautiful, and our room with a large balcony was the perfect place to read and watch sunsets. We enjoyed a few blissful, slower-paced days - much needed after all the hikes! The staff really make this place special - the ladies working in the kitchen were truly outstanding, and the home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious. Wonderful hospitality! Thank you!

Everything was really great. Nice big room, many restaurants, 3 beaches.Staff is very friendly, they prepared breakfast packs because we left early morning.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly. The environment was very clean and peaceful. Even though I was late checking in, they were very kind and waited for me و And the atmosphere was very lovely and quiet. we had the best stay ever. the host was the kindest and very helpful. He helped us to get to the monastery and he was always available and ready to help us. we ordered food from a local restaurant for a very affordable price and they delivered it right at our door. the place is very clean. we really loved our stay here. we recommended it! 10/10!
