Absolutely amazing place to stay at! ❤️ the hosts are the nicest, they prepared the most delicious herbal tea with honey for us 🙏 waking up to the sunrise over the magical lake is so calm, peaceful and relaxing. And the food is amazing! 10/10 I recommend to stay here!

Not far from the bus station, but rather far from the city center. There are small shops near. 20 minutes to the Sevan lake (but the bank, unfortunately, very very dirty). Very polite and helpful personnel, Tsovik helped us with everything we wanted. Big fridge!

The rooms were large and very beautiful. The price was excellent value for what we got. The owner /staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel. It far surpassed my expectations!

So many guest houses in Armenia are so unique and special. This one is particularly great. I recommend you try it to see what I mean. One big bonus on these cold winter evenings is that they have a sauna. You can have your own private sauna session for 5000 per hour. The sauna room has a Sauna, cold water plunge pool, shower, toilet and table and comfortable seats. So you can really relax there. And, they will bring you drinks if you want too. The place is overall very good value too. With my room, I also had a livingroom with sofa, 2 arm chairs and my own bathroom and my own entrance and balcony. It was a truly luxurious experience at an affordable price. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This is the best place to lodge around Lake Sevan. Walking distance from the lake and the hotel's restaurant. A very peaceful place to stay.
