This place is incredible ! Feels like luxury. The decoration is very nice, everything is clean, the service is perfect, the bed are comfortable. You can even put netflix on TV, the terrace is very pleasant. They are helpful and very friendly. I was travelling without a car (you can reach everything by foot if you like walking, the amazing graveyard is like 50min away). There are nice walks to do in the area. The day after they brought me by car right to the bus station to the nearest town. It was lovely !

Love the entire property. It is huge with different types of accommodation and pretty walkways. Its location is perfect, exactly on the shore of Sevan. The place felt magical, really beautiful views. The cottage was cozy with enough space for two and best sunrise view. The breakfast spread was great. I wish I had stayed there longer.

The house was luxurious, clean and comfortable. All the necessary things were there. Located right next to Lake Sevan. The restaurant was right next to the accommodation. The accommodation had a private beach and beach chairs. The host helped with all questions.
