Perfect getaway! So quiet and peaceful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful -- the front desk helped us with some logistics before we arrived, such as helping us set up a rental car and arranging for some excursions during our stay. We were so sad to leave!

We stayed together with my 7y.o. son. Hotel exceeded our expectations despite we are used to good 5star hotels. Actually it was one of the best hotels during our 2.5 weeks trip in Patagonia. Room was very nice, well designed and clean, with all necessary things provided. Hotel has free parking in the territory. Personal spoke English, and was very friendly. Hotel also has a very good restaurant with a nice view on the lake, a bit expensive for Argentina, but it really worth. During the stay hotel paid a lot of attention to small things - they put a flag of your home country in front of the room.:) We were leaving early in the morning and hotel proactively prepared a lunch box with snacks for us. And by the way the breakfast we also tried and was also very good. We liked our stay so much that we decided to come back and to stay for one more night (luckily they had a room available). We’ll definitely come back again. Thank you!

I liked: 1. The location of the hotel. 2. The view of the lake. 3. The silence, which would not be there if the hotel was in the city. 4. I really can’t find the words for this superb hotel. The views from everywhere are incredible, the grounds are like an enormous park on a golf course. Huge heated outdoor pool to just sit in. The building interior is like an enormous ski chalet with loads of atmosphere. We sat in the lounge at night. ordered bar food and drank beautiful wines. There is something for everyone at this hotel I just wished we could have stayed longer.

Location was perfect to be with a rented car. Being close to Pioneros enabled us quick access to town, to the Nahuel Huapi and breweries and to Circuito Chico. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not outstanding (I am picky with coffee) but included all you need (eggs, cereals, bread, ham, cheese, etc). If you want better coffee, Delirante coffee is round the corner.

I spent 2 nights at this hotel and would love to be back soon! It’s worth spending some extra money for the room with the view on the lake, it was just mind blowing. The breakfast was very good, good choice and manjar was just irresistible 😋 the staff was great and very helpful.

Superb relaxed hotel in a great location with super friendly staff, a nice restaurant and impeccably clean rooms. Very popular so parking can be tight sometimes but we'd love to return and have the fondest memories. We even made new friends there who shared our view of Huemul.

Bariloche is a beautiful place.

Bariloche is a beautiful place. The surrounding areas are magnificent in terms of scenery and atmosphere. There are many activities to do around the town and nearby like skiing, snowboarding, cable cars, chairlifts etc. The town is renowned for its many chocolate shops and vast variety of different chocolates.

The town itself is fine, with a wealth of chocolate shops and touristy shopping. The reason you have to go there, though, is the stunningly beautiful nature near the town. The landscape with its lakes, islands, and mountains is among the most beautiful I've ever seen.
