Amazing place with wonderful view. Great communication with apartment owners. The key was prepared in a locked box, so we had no issues during the first entry. A fully equipped and modern kitchen fulfilled our expectations. 10/10 points :)

Lovely welcoming family run hotel, with good sized bedroom & superb Sauna, Steam Room & rest area. Breakfast was the best & good dinner in the adjacent Stübl but times were either 6.30 or 8pm, as seemingly all Serfaus restaurants. Extremely good location for ski lifts, Ubahn & bus stop from Landeck (regular service to train). Ski lockers at Bacher Sport, free to Hotel guests, large & v convenient. Excellent Ski Hire there too. In summary,loved it all, thank you Kirschner Family.

Everything here was thoughtful, every detail put with a purpose - colors, scents, designs. The whole place is amazing, the service great. It raised the bar for hotels to the new heights. While being here, you absolutely must visit the wellness area, the restaurant and the bar.
