A special, family-run hotel. Great atmosphere and exceptional staff. We stayed with dinner and breakfast and they were wonderful, thoughtful and varied. The rooms are charming with balconies and huge windows. It is clear that every detail has been thought of. The staff was welcoming and helpful with everything needed.

Unexpectedly spacious room, comfortable beds, large balcony, friendly and humorous staff. Simply magnificent views from the window (if your room overlooks the mountains). (Perhaps some furniture is a bit old and visibly worn, but still acceptable quality).

The location was great, few steps away from highline 179. Good breakfast. Well furbished room and complementary candys. Nice terrace overseeing the bridge. Would like to return someday, there are a lot of interesting tourist attractions in the area.

Beautiful large old hotel, that dates back to the 1500s. Large room, comfortable beds, great Wifi, and charming owners and staff. Excellent fish dinner, good coffee and lovely architecture. Has a free sauna and steam room on request, which was very clean and refreshing. They got us cards to get into an excellent local swimming pool for half price too. Would recommend it, and we hope to come back.
