We stayed for 9 nights and it was very comfortable. It is an entire apartment, with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen has all what you need for cooking and eating.
It has a big surrounding balcony as well with a stunning view of mountain valley and cornfields.
It is a little remote and uphill, so any time you plan to drive for your day you have to take a 10 min drive to the nearest highway.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The view from the balcony was amazing, room was clean and overall comfortable, both check-in and check-out went smoothly. I also appreciated large parking lot in front of the hotel and delicious breakfast. Moreover, the hotel is close to Achensee (approx. 10 mins drive). I would definitely like to stay here again during my next visit to the area.

The reception at the hotel was very welcoming. The owner/manager was very friendly and gave us lots of tips for skiing & restaurants in the area. The hotel was very well kept, the room was bigger than expected, and the bed was very comfortable.

There was no reception, but still we had no issues getting the keys and into our rooms.The rooms were clean, comfortable and a balcony, which was a pleasant change. The toilets and bathrooms we're also clean.

very spacious apartment which is very clean. Kitchen with basic spices and cooking oil is good as a lot of apartments do not offer these. Apartment is also located near to good hiking points

We had such horrible time at this hotel that it could only...
We had such horrible time at this hotel that it could only be described as holiday from hell. I have never seen as such disregard of our well being of hotel guest and total absence of owner.
We arrived on 15th July and given room key of our room without any assistance to our luggage etc. In restaurant we were given table that was divided by curtain and resemble in school canteen rather than 4 star hotels in Austria. I notified our dietary requirements however we were constantly told that hotel has fixed menu and self-service.
I have never seen as carelessly prepared food in my life. There was beef or pork in menu and we were served from children’s menu of chicken nugget with some chunky carrots without and sauce etc.
We managed to get fried Chicken fillet after speaking with restaurant manager however it was too much over cooked and chewy that I couldn’t ‘even cut it with knife and unfit for consumption. All dining room staff are aware of problem with quality of food however they are helpless to improve.
Every day we wake up and thought when we go home and end the pain

I picked Jenbach as a convenient stopover while travelling, went for a short hike up a nearby hill (to the tallest tree in Tyrol, a monument!), will probably go back for more as there are 2 little railways to explore, up the Zillertal & up to the Achensee, the largest lake in Tirol.
Reasonable shops, 2 supermarkets plus restaurants (ate at Pizzeria Paletti, good food, & well organised)
