ChinaThe yard is beautiful with a small stream and beautiful flowers. The residence is on the second floor with a very spacious living room and a balcony with a great view. The balcony is flanked by very scenic meadows and you can see cows and sheep walking in the distance.
The landlord was very nice, I was planning to go to see the penguins but it was on a weekend and I couldn't get a cab, so I planned to walk. The landlord was going to drive me after seeing it on the road, thank you very much.
You should definitely rent or drive a car when you come here for vacation. I forgot my driver's license and had to take a taxi, but due to the remoteness of the area, there is no Uber operating here, so I had to call or book a cab from a local company, which is not very convenient, and I waited for an hour to get a cab to go to see the penguins on Sunday due to the lack of available driver.

I had a wonderful stay at this mobile home during my time in PhillipIsland. The accommodation was clean, well equipped, and surprisingly spacious. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking and the bed was very comfortable. I especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings and the outdoor space, which made it a relaxing retreat after busy days of exploring.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable alternative to traditional hotels!

Excellent location, the views from the room were outstanding - ocean front, very private and quiet (we were on the 4th floor). Easy remote check in, allocated parking spot in the garage. The apartment itself was very clean and modern and well equip. Couldn't fault anything about this stay :) Top tips - Ocean Reach Brewery was really great for beers, and we really enjoyed all the wonderful nature parks which are well worth visiting.

Close to Cowes beach, jetty and Penguin parade. 20 mins drive from Koala conservatory. Queen size bed though. Everything else was excellent. Toiletries, milk, coffee, tea power spoons bowl provided and BBQ and grill shared kitchen space available. Pool is little but who cares when whole ocean is near you. Loved it

ideally located and incredibly nice people. Pingouin parade is at 15 minutes ride only. Restaurant including Pizza take away and Aldi at 5 minutes ride only. thank you for everything Kally you will be remembered 🙏

Cowes is a beautiful cultural town on the island.
Cowes is a beautiful cultural town on the island. We had dinner at a different restaurant each night! Italian, Greek, Thai, Japanese and Gelato for dessert - we couldn't fit any others in but there's many more. All the food was amazing.
The Island itself provides such a vast amount of activities to do from Peguins, beaches, lookouts, kids entertainment, parks, wineries it has it all!

The location & The Resort itself was great. We had a meal at the restaurant which was fantastic.
The apartment was the total opposite as described above.
When we contacted Rachael regarding no hairdryer, milk, tea or coffee her reply was no milk coffee or hairdryer supplied although sometimes the previous guests sometimes leave milk etc. which would be left in the fridge! I would definitely not book there through Air BNB again.

Really like the island at this time of the year when it’s quiet and restful. We enjoyed the walk to Pyramid Rock. Later we walked along the jetty at San Remo. I enjoyed the walk down the Main Street of Cowes to the beach and jetty. A man had caught several good fish there. Dinner at the San Remo hotel was good and I would recommend it. We also really enjoyed the National Vietnam Veteran Museum. I recommend allowing a considerable amount of time for the museum as there is so much to see. It’s very interesting and well worth a visit.

We loved that it was so close to the beach! It was also not as busy as other parts of the Island so was very quiet and relaxing with amazing views!
Also only 10mins from the track and go karting was so much fun!

The staff were most helpful and informative. I was notified by message if/when changes were made. My only objection would perhaps be no electric frying pan in the Cabin. It was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.. I would definitely recommend to others.

Fantastic location close to the shops, the surf and flat water. Appears to be newly renovated with a brand new BBQ. Generously sized bedrooms with comfy beds. Ample toys for those with younger kids. Quiet location despite it's proximity to attractions. Fantastic yard for our outdoor Woofa. We'll definitely be back for longer next time, as we loved our stay!

Weather dreadful. Rain, freezing wind, cold, very little sun. Wouldn't go there in winter. Traffic in Cowes was maniac. Good supermarkets, Coles, Woolworths, Aldi. Some great clothes shops. Loved the scallop pies, baked deserts. Loved the Chocolate Factory. Penguin Parade was great to see. Saw the Koalas & 1 echidna at the Koala Sanctuary. Liked Churchill Island. Loved seeing the Highland cows. Went to Catholic Church at Rhyll for 9.00 am Mass Sunday. Choir lovely. Good attendance.

Lovely modern home with lovely touches. Disappointed with cleanliness of balcony as it hadn’t been cleaned, it was dirty and greasy not just covered in sand from beach. We spent an hour cleaning it up. We also cleaned the house before we left, so wasn’t too happy about the cleaning charge on top of stay.

The main beach is beautiful, with a ramp for all abilities (and dog) access. Dogs are allowed on lead at the beach at specific times. The water and sand are clean. There are rockpools to explore at low tide.
Smiths Beach General Store provides for basic provisions during the day. Smiths Beach is a short drive (less than 10 mins) into Cowes and The Nobbies.

It was a lovely little house with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped to be used, so was the bbq. We used both for our stay. It is close to some beaches and also the main attractions.
The water in the main bathroom was a little slow and weak but it wasn’t a huge problem for us.
Overall, very happy with our stay. Will definitely come back if we visit Philip island again!
