Perth can be extremely proud of this icon Hotel. Beyond the magic Swan river views the decor in the room was truly exceptional. The bathroom was devine and fantastically designed. The room was very spacious and comfortable. One of the best value for quality hotels we have ever encountered. A visit to the club on 6th floor is a must

Liane was welcoming and made sure we were comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated in period style and exceptionally clean. There was plenty of space and some well thought out touches such as two luggage racks and bottles of water. The bathrooms and toilets were clean with plenty of hot water. The bed was cosy and and we had a very comfortable nights sleep. The room also had a heater which was very welcome in Winter. The communal kitchen was spacious and had all the basics. Lovely balcony to sit on and watch the sunset. Had a fantastic stay. Thank you

The beaches and anything close to the water were nice.

The beaches and anything close to the water were nice. Otherwise, we thought that it wasn’t so nice and there wasn’t much to do there, especially anything cultural. It was also very windy a lot of the time, something we had never heard about Perth and did not expect. Real disappointments were Yanchep National Park, Mettsam Pools and the kangaroo sanctuary on Heirisson Island. We won't be going back to Perth anytime soon, if ever.

Busselton has the most amazing beaches for families.

Busselton has the most amazing beaches for families. The bay offers calm clear waters perfect for young children and family pet. There is also a number of dog friendly areas everywhere except the main town beach. Out of town you can take your four wheel drive onto the beach and set up for the whole day. Lots of restaurants and cafes and a relaxed holiday vibe makes this a must see and stay location.

The appartment was dirty sheet had blood or some foreign matter smeared on it very off putting The TV continuously froze none of the channels eg Netflix were complimentary : Nowhere did it say there was no housekeeping no mention of a cost would be changed.Outside balcony and stair lighting wasn’t working dangerous we asked for four days for it to be fixed never happened .The shower grout was falling out and mouldy disgusting. We had a very disappointing experience Booking.com need to make sure accommodation is of a high standard this place obviously wasn’t:

The property was very average.

The property was very average. The property smelt like vomit, which hit you in the face on arrival. The couch in the living area was covered in a sheet and was filthy/drawn on, which looked as if it has been picked up from a road side collection. In addition, there was a thick layer of mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. The kitchen was very minimal with only one red wine glass as an example. Therefore, with multiple people in the house, it wasn't set up well. This was a very disappointing stay and we were glad it was for only one night. Our expectations was purely for a clean property and general items for use, as we were there for an overnighter to continue our trip down south. The positives of the property is that it is inviting from the outside and it is in a nice location.

Geraldton is a goodly drive from Perth, allow 5 hours minimum by the highway, nice longer route is via the Midlands way. Allow longer for the drive if it's your first time because there are lots of scenic and historic places close to Geraldton for stopping/sightseeing. Geraldton deserves 2-3 nights if it's your first/only visit. Heaps of history and other places of interest.

Haven’t been for 20 plus years and still has the laid back chill time feel. Town has everything you could need and the local supermarket well stocked and did t feel overly priced. Two bakeries were always busy and plenty of places for breakfast and a coffee Walks in the National Park exceptional and the walks along the beaches were spectacular. Tried a few places for dinner and in all honesty apart from Little Leaf wouldn’t go back to the others. We enjoyed our put together meals watching over the water at our hotel room. Oh coffee from the van was great and liked to support the owner. People all friendly and families all seemed to be having a great time with the kids having some freedom out of the big smoke. Lovely to see kids playing and not focused on their phones.
