A beautiful, luxurious, and wonderful new hotel ~ In an excellent location, although it's a little far from the city center ~ I stayed at the hotel with my family for the most wonderful two nights since arriving in Bosnia, in room number 108 ~ The room was spacious, clean, and very tidy. The bathroom was very clean~ The lighting was varied in the room and there were electrical outlets in every corner. Every bed was very comfortable. The blankets kept you warm. The air conditioning was excellent. The room service was excellent. ~ I really liked the elegant decor and modern furniture~ The Wi-Fi was very strong and fast, and it never stopped. ~ The Hot water was available for shower~ You don't have to go far because the hotel restaurant on the ground floor serves all the dishes you desire. All the dishes are delicious and varied, and cheaper than the restaurants in Sarajevo's Old Town. The restaurant staffs are friendly, always smiling and always helpful. ~ There is also a grocery store in the same building of the hotel ~ The breakfast restaurant on the second floor was beautiful with a three-sided view of the place~ The breakfast was very good~ Thank you to the reception lady~ She was lovely, welcoming and smiling~ Next time I will definitely choose this hotel.

In this hotel you can experience true Bosnian hospitality :-) Everything was perfect! Very friendly and helpful staff! Thank you so much for early check-in. I was so happy, that I could take a room at 5 in the morning. My room was very clean. I have got a beautiful view of the river. I also liked balcony! :-) Cevapcici in hotel’s restaurant was very delicious. By my next visit in Bihać I will choose your hotel again :-)
