Our recent stay at the Splendid Pleven was exceptional, as always. We frequently choose Hotel Splendid while traveling, this experience still managed to exceed our expectations. The breakfast is outstanding! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even organizing a birthday cake and surprise for our daughter, which made her day unforgettable. The atmosphere and the view are lovely! As expected, the hotel was impeccably clean and felt entirely safe, reinforcing why we consistently trust Splendid Pleven for our travels. It was clean and comfortable and we were able to keep our bicycles safely secured in the lobby. The restaurant served nice food and the hotel even provided a laundry service for our clothes which was much appreciated after days on the road.

Stuff were very friendly and happy people. South beach is hist 6-7 minutes walk.

Huge room, very clean and close to the city centre. Parking outside on the street next to the hotel. Breakfast for an extra 10lev pp was chosen from a menu. The staff were quick to deal with an issue in the room and upgraded us.

Very nice spacy apartment, tidy and clean, interesting planning with balconies in every room ,it’s obviously the hosts do their best and they really care about their guests comfort, beds are comfortable, linen and towels are clean , there are washing and drying machines, dishwasher, etc. As for some comments from other guests-yes the kettle didn’t turn off automatically but it was not a big deal to us , also we didn’t get how to start hot water , we followed the instructions but water was slightly warm , I think if we called the host they would help us to sort that out but we only stayed for one night and were ok with that . Otherwise it’s a really welcoming accommodation with its own parking spot and I would say it is almost perfect :) I highly recommend !!
