The host was very friendly although we arrived very late and left early in the morning. The room was clean and tidy, we had everything in place. The hotel is almost literally next to the ferry which was super convenient !

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, always smiling and ready to help. The food was very tasty and varied. The rooms were kept clean and cozy, and the view was simply magnificent. You can truly feel the fresh air, peace, and quiet everywhere – the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.     Valentino is in the central part close to the National Park...

    Valentino is in the central part close to the National Park and the eco-path! It is worth staying one or two nights! Amazing scenery and mountain view! There is a bad smell because it is a 100-year-old building but the Balkan scenery is outstanding.

    Small picturesque city with a beautiful, clean and green...

    Small picturesque city with a beautiful, clean and green central part. With several museums and a gallery in gorgeously restored houses from the Bulgarian Secession era and the museum staff is quite kind and helpful. Kamaka - ruin of an old medieval tower offers an amazing view over the Danube river. There is an annual festival of brass bands from all over the country the last weekend of August. Do not miss to stop in Oryahovo on your next trip along the Danube river

    We stayed here on our way between the Ledenika cave and Belogradchik - in hindsight, should have stayed in Belogradchik. The town itself is nothing special but it's very close to the mountains and Ledenika and has nice views and hikes. Just as good a place to stay overnight for nature lovers as many towns nearby. We didn't really see much of the town other than a quick stop to get breakfast.

    Vratsa is a great destination for traveling/tourism in...

    Vratsa is a great destination for traveling/tourism in Bulgaria. And while the city itself needs no more than half a day (to enjoy the examples of beautiful architecture, historical monuments, the pedestrian street, the squares of the city as well as the view from the top of the hill at the foot of which the main square is located), the region boasts waterfalls (including the (second) highest in Bulgaria), a number of famous caves, peaks to climb, forests, panoramic spots in the mountains, monasteries etc., enough to fill half to a full week if you go very detailed. Vratsa's vicinity is among the most landmark-infested areas in Bulgaria. The mountains are rich in natural wonders and breathtaking views! Strongly recommended!
