Near to the airport with free shuttle pick up. The hotel responded very quickly to my emails with regards to my late arrival at midnight as I was delayed travelling from the Uk. The staff were very friendly and polite. They kindly offered me a late check out free of charge. This obviously helped as I had an ongoing journey to Revelstoke. My family have stayed here many times previously. We like to make this our overnight stay before going to visit our family in Revelstoke. I would highly recommend the hotel. The rooms a very comfortable and clean, with a generous breakfast before heading off.

There's a reason why Big White is rated very highly among ski resorts for best family ski resort. They really have something for everyone's abilities and runs that families can enjoy together. With great apres ski, restaurants, bars, and other resort amenities to make your trip feel special you'll be planning your next trip back before you leave!

If staying here and Celiac, pre-order bread or goodies from Crumbs and Roses! We ate a couple of meals at Oak and Cru - need one of these back home! Had a great GF meal at the Curious Cafe. In need of a hat? Check out Riobranner! She has everything for any head shape or size. If you like chocolates check out Karat Chocolate & Pastry - macaroons! Another great stop is Mosaic Bookstore.

A large ski resort with many trails and lifts to choose from...

A large ski resort with many trails and lifts to choose from. Very close to the city of Kelowna. Perfect snow condition in the middle of spring break. Decent restaurants around and even has a market if you forgot the milk. Rental was easy and staff was great and friendly. We also had a great time tubing on our last day - recommended after you are exhausted from skiing but still want some silly snowy fun. You can get to everywhere if you are on your skis, otherwise you can take the shuttle and gondola to get around. Overall the kids wanted to stay longer than 4 days, but the grown ups had all the fun we needed and were ready to get back to real life.

Kelowna is a lovely city nestled in the Okanagan Valley. As with other cities in the most beautiful parts of Canada, it has grown somewhat since our last visit, but continues to be well-maintained and easy to navigate. Wineries abound, but so do spectacular views and the beautiful Oakanagan Lake!

Big White Ski Resort was absolutely amazing, we went in...

Big White Ski Resort was absolutely amazing, we went in January for 6 nights. I have skied in Japan and Australia and this was by far the best. The snow was amazing, the lines for the lifts were very short. The staff at the restaurants were lovely as was the food and choices. The ski rental and lift passes were very reasonable and staff extremely helpful. I would absolutely go there again.
