The people were very nice and helpful! We got good help with every question about renting a car or a bike (which is for free at the hotel) and also getting some tea water for our bottles for the day. The Receptionists were very friendly, especially Nada who was working with us every day of our stay. We got complementary water, tea and coffee pots every day.

The room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was super clean and everything was provided with all the necessities. There was extra towels for me and my daughter. We had the best view from the 6th floor. But most of all, THE STAFFS ARE SUPER FRIENDLY!!! The manager that was on duty and one of the front desk did an excellent job.

We particularly liked the proximity to the seabus and busses and to the stores and restaurants at the Quay. We appreciated being upgraded to a room with a view of the harbor.

The staff are exceptional, they made as feel at home on our return to Vancouver. They assisted us with moving our reservation after we were stuck in anchorage due to flight cancellation.
