- From US$305.91 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 894 reviewsIt was a wonderful experience. The views were breathtaking, the room was clean, and the hotel, in general, was cozy and really relaxing. We specifically wanted to mention the stunning service Emre provided us. He was attentive and helped us any time. Thank you so much for your hard work Emre!! In addition, I would like to mention the great food at the Bistro restaurant. It was such a pleasure eating there. Great service, food, and views. And not to forget the barista. She made the best Earl Gray tea latte we've ever had. Perfect flavor balance and perfect milk steam. Thank you to all the staff working there. You all made our stay an unforgettable experience. We hope to see you all on our next trip!Guest review byBelindaSpain
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.4Very good - What previous guests thought, 673 reviewsFrom the moment we arrived, we knew we were in experienced, well trained hands. We were especially impressed with room service. They responded to requests, (often not on the menu) with unusual understanding and even better, everything that arrived at our room was delicious. The staff members we encountered, without exception, inquired about our satisfaction with the hotel. Everyone is well trained and good at what they do. Therefore I must believe that this attention to detail starts with senior management at guest services and that magic works its way throughout the hotel. The view from our room was spectacular but the people who work there are even better. Thank you for a memorable stay, Rimrock!Guest review byDouglasUnited States

Banff is a great place with a super vibe based on the beauty of the forest and mountains. Kids working the restaurants and bars are really nice. In September, we didn’t find it noisy or too crowded but just right. You can easily drive or bike to many local attractions. I recommend a E bike.Guest review byDr Louis CardinalCanada - 10.0
What can I say except for WOW!
What can I say except for WOW! My husband and I were there in Sept/Oct and everywhere we turned was another magnificent view of a mountain, glacier, canyon, lake. We rented bikes and rode to Vermillion Lakes and beyond. We hiked up Johnston Canyon, we took easy and more challenging walks, and met people from around the world. We flew into Calgary, drove to Banff, then to Castle Junction and stayed in two places I would recommend - Johnston Canyon Lodge and Bungaloos and Castle Mountain Chalets. We had a great trip!Guest review byChinelli - 10.0

Banff was a great a place to shop but parking was a problem though I had a handicapped sign. The 9 hour tour we took in a 14 passenger van was wonderful. It is a beautiful park. I would recommend the Viator tour. We did hike the Hoodoo Trail near our Banff rocky Mountain resort and enjoyed Canmore, too as we are skiers. The Legacy bike trail was amazing though we did not bring our bikes this time.Guest review byKristenUnited States - 10.0
A wonderful spot for a family get-together.
A wonderful spot for a family get-together. We had 6 cabins, close to each other, very clean and big enough to be very comfortable. Kitchens had everything one could think of to prepare our meals. Lots of open space for children to run free and play safely without any worry about traffic. The Johnson Canyon hike just down the road is amazing but it is likely best not to plan to do it on a long weekend in the summer as crowded.Guest review byGailCanada - 10.0

Banff is a community that provides so many opportunities for activities, from hiking to horseback riding and whitewater rafting to great dining experiences. All of this nestled in the beauty of the Rocky Mountains. Truly an incredible experience.Guest review byJohnCanada - 10.0
I can't say enough about the amazing staff!
I can't say enough about the amazing staff! Friendly, accommodating, and understanding. I went for the long weekend with my family that included my 2 year old granddaughter. We arrived a little early & though we were prepared to wait till check in time, we were told our unit was cleaned and we could get in right away. Since I had called ahead regarding sleeping options for the 2 year old, a playpen was there on arrival. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of firewood left as well, as seeing more on the porch the next day. The only slight disappointment was finding out the hot tub was removed during covid. Other than that, it was an amazing, extremely comfortable stay.Guest review byAnonymous
