LebanonI liked the reception and staff a lot. They have a very beautiful hotel right by Lake Kivu. They have good drink and food options. Their breakfast was nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely use this hotel again, it's safe and clean and is really gorgeous

beautiful city on Lake Kivu.
beautiful city on Lake Kivu. Should stay at Goma Serena Hotel for nicest views and excellent service. A little pricey, but worth spending. Hotels in most countries in Africa are ridiculously expensive. Don't understand why, but irritating. perhaps only a select few make great profit!
