The staff’s hospitality was exceptional, warm, and home-like, making us feel as though we were visiting family or friends. Personalized attention, a genuine willingness to assist, and constant availability made us feel truly cared for. We even got to know many staff members by name, like Pascal and Konstantinos, who were wonderful. The hotel itself is a one-of-a-kind retreat, offering a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and convenience. Its prime location, directly opposite the train station, makes exploring the city effortless, with easy access to transportation, including the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service throughout the day. The culinary experience was equally delightful, as we relished breakfast and lunch at the hotel’s restaurant, under the direction of a new Italian chef. The exquisite dishes brought us immense pleasure and left a lasting impression

The hotel is beautiful. Lovely staff. Good location. They give you a bus pass to use during your stay. Bus stop is right outside the hotel. The room we got was big with a seating area...very cosy. The view is amazing! Quiet room and corridors. Modern bathroom. Radiator in the bathroom. The room is not air conditioned, but it wasn't bad..being in July. It was 19C outside. Breakfast room is beautiful! Breakfast buffet was continental with scrambled eggs..and bacon. Parking available in a garage under the hotel...upto 2.3m. You have to check-in first, because the room e-card allows you to get into the garage. Will definitely stay here again!
