Upon arrival, we had thought we lost our bag in the taxi, and we contacted the staff. Galen, a young staff, persistently tried to help us out. He even agreed to help us call a taxi driver to see if the bag was in the taxi. He was very empathetic, and he was very candid about where he thinks the bag was. So, without giving up, we contacted a taxi driver, and we were able to actually retrieve the bag in the trunk, despite what the taxi driver had said initially. Because of Galen, it made the rest of us stay a lot more memorable. He even went out of his way to be personable as well, and this is the kind of experience we look for in a high-end hotel. A personalized help. And because of this experience, we look forward to coming back and staying at this hotel in the future.

My family of three stayed at the hotel for one night. The room was clean and the size was decent. I requested for a crib for my two year old and it was ready upon arrival. Staff were professional and they were very helpful. The property was near a park, so our view was pretty amazing. We chose this location specifically because the following day we had to travel to Guangzhou South Railway station. From the hotel it was about a 10 min or so drive to the station.

    The choice of restaurants was good and the food quality was excellent. We went for business primarily. It’s not a city I would choose for tourism. Extremely disappointed with the Canton Tower experience. Most certainly wouldn’t waste your money on this.

    A boutique newly renovated budget hotel, with a family owned atmosphere. Less than 50 Yuan by taxi from the international airport. Clean rooms and well designed. I would visit again under similar circumstances. The restaurant was very simple but both the evening and breakfast cooks were happy to prepare meals to order. Value for money for those on a budget and not wanting to travel all the way to the Guangzhou CBD.
