I stayed at this hotel with three friends in Zhangjiajie and had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our host, Winnie, who was very enthusiastic and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and our rooms were luxurious, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s service was top-notch, especially thanks to Winnie. She provided excellent advice on things to do in the area and helped us plan our days in a way that made everything run smoothly. Whenever we had questions, she was quick to assist. The hotel also offers a great swimming pool and a restaurant with tasty local food. The location was perfect—just a short ride to the National Park entrance. Every morning, we were taken to the park by golf cart, and Winnie also helped arrange taxis when we needed to go elsewhere or needed airport transport. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Zhangjiajie.

Beyond the location and the amenities of the hotel, I would emphasize the support from Will, the kind host of the hotel, who organized an optimal schedule for the 3 days staying in Zhangjiajie, including booking tickets. What a beautiful place! The first thing I said to my wife when we got into the room was, “I want my bedroom to be like this!” It is so beautifully decorated and well-kept. We arrived extremely early and were allowed to check-in early and have breakfast (cannot say that this is the norm, and should be an expectation, this is just our experience). The bath is lovely and the water-pressure from the shower is amazing…..possibly the best shower I’ve had! We appreciated how close it is to the National Park and the Grand Canyon. The staff were very helpful and so welcoming. We managed to book all of our excursions through the hotel and all of our questions (of which there were many!) were answered. If I were to revisit Zhangjiajie, I would stay at this hotel without hesitation. Oh, and a special thank you for collecting us from the train station!

Excellent location near the main entrance of the park, the staff are welcoming and helpful with information and assistance in purchasing tickets for the various activities in Zhangjiajie. The night market on the main street is very nice.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the simply amazing service! I was greeted with such responsiveness and attention that I immediately felt very comfortable. Every detail was explained, everything was suggested, they helped literally at every step. I would like to separately note the transfer - meeting at the airport and free transfer to the city center turned out to be a huge advantage when choosing a hotel. It is really convenient and creates a feeling of care from the first minutes of your stay. The breakfast was wonderful, and the atmosphere itself was calm and quiet, which is ideal for relaxation and a complete reboot. Excellent service, a great team with whom you feel in good hands. I will be happy to recommend this hotel to everyone and really hope to come back again!

It was very cozy hotel. The owner picked us in airport and provided all full information about mountains, tickets and even food delivery. We felt like we were at home, it was warm hospitality, full information support, ticket providing and yes, very tasty breakfast. The owner and his wife are very nice and friendly people I even know. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel. One more bonus: there birds sing song in early morning what made your morning magical.

The property was at an excellent location for exploring Changsha’s main sights and pedestrian street. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The restaurant offers a great selection for the buffet breakfast and a superb view of Changsha by day and night. We were greeted by English-speaking staff which put us at ease immediately. Jack kindly provided us with all the necessary information to make the most of our stay in Changsha. It was a half way stop on our trip around China so the laundry facilities were very much appreciated and the ease of use made it all simple. A great place to stay on your next visit to Changsha.
