Excellent location of the hotel in the city center. The hotel is new, clean, with a beautiful design. The rooms are spacious. The breakfasts were of good quality. Kristina helped us a lot with the reception in organizing a private tour of Prague and other useful tips. We are very grateful to her for this! The accommodation is in a great location, within easy walking distance to the underground and a large shopping centre and mall, with a fantastic car parking option available. The property was immaculately presented, very quiet and exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom facilities were excellent, and everything felt well thought out. We also chose to include breakfast, which was amazing – very generous portions, warm food, and beautifully presented.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The front desk staff were all very kind and welcoming (sorry I forgot to take their names, but we were greeted by a lady when we arrived and interacted with a gentleman during the day). Our train to Prague got terribly delayed, so we arrived at the hotel past midnight, but the lady very kindly and promptly helped us with check-in. The gentleman next day very kindly helped us with reserving tickets for a concert at the Rudolfinum, giving us very detailed info on picking up the tickets. I'd be remiss if I don't mention that the breakfast is excellent - the two ladies cooked us very tasty omelettes sprinkled with chives, and there's a wide selection of cheeses, fresh fruits, breads, and pastries every day. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and would come back next time we visit Prague!

The location was excellent, the old town is at the doorstep. Public transport- Metro, Tram and buses stop right in front of the hotel. The room was excellent, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a large walk-in shower, marble floor, amenities from Occitane, a mini bar and a complimentary bottle of water per day. The daily breakfast buffet, from 7 am to 10:30 am offers a wide variety of food items, inclusive sushi and other delicacies, and the attention of the staff at the restaurant made for a perfect start into the day.

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. Beds were great for support and comfort. Bathroom was spacious and with a bath. Wifi was free and excellent. Hotel is centrally located with great connections via the tram-stop located right in front of the hotel, or via the metro station located within walking distance. Parking was super convenient in a secure garage, and reaching the hotel via car was easy from the main roads. Breakfast buffet had excellent variety and good quality. Hotel was great value.

I had an amazing experience! Vladimir on the reception was super helpful, he gave me a plan and a lot of advices where to go and what to do. Check-in service was perfect, room upgraded and didn't wait until the check-in time since I reach early after an overnight flight. Couldn't wish for more. Hotel is clean, Bar is good, Breakfast has a great variety and very clean. Location close to the main attractions. Would go back again

There is so many places of interest to visit and public...

There is so many places of interest to visit and public transport is plentiful and free at our age. The architecture is magnificent and it is a pleasure just to wander round admiring it. Also there are some good restaurants reasonably priced just off the Old Square but try to avoid the obvious tourist traps.

I highly recommend praguestoryteller.com This is a first rate free English-speaking tourguide, Dylan, who you pay of your own accord after the tour (I suggest $20 per person). You will know Prague inside and out and he will offer great tips for your stay. He is exceptional. I truly loved my visit, getting around was very easy; I walked alot. The bridges, pedestrian areas, and little side streets where I discovered lovely restaurants; everyday was an adventure. #praguestoryteller.com
