My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. A special thanks to Mina at the reception, who is incredibly kind, always ready to help, creates a family-like atmosphere, and coordinates everything in the hotel flawlessly. I also want to highlight Yasser from housekeeping, who made my days extra special with personalized touches and beautifully decorated beds – such attention to detail truly made my stay memorable. Everything about this hotel made me feel at home. I will definitely come back again! Highly recommended!

We had a truly amazing stay at Jaz Elite Riviera. The hotel is absolutely beautiful-modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. Our swim-up room was the highlight: peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing right outside our door. The atmosphere of the entire hotel was calm and elegant, and the staff were consistently helpful, kind, and professional-always making sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved the restaurant by the pool-it became our go-to place each day. The food, the setting, and the service there made every meal feel special. Overall, it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable stays we’ve had. We felt truly taken care of and would come back without hesitation. Room and bathroom were huge and clean. Pools were beautiful and the floor anywhere around always maintained white and dry. Private beach which was perfect for snorkeling: on the right side there were amazing corals and all kinds of fish ( lion fish, stingray,puffer fish and fishes that r shiny and colorful like rainbows.) On the left side, you can find sea turtles and dugong, they come every morning. Food was fantastic, they have different bread and pastries for breakfast, lunch and dinner. customized omletts and fresh pancake for breakfast. Freshly cooked pasta, kebab and sliced beef for dinner, and a lot of other dishes.

It is obvious that SERRY has a magnificent management that appears in the details of the place and the staff who is been selected based on high criteria(it seems). It is the the first time I spent almost ten day in a hotel where I don’t face any uncomfortable feeling from any one of the staff. I can’t mention names because all the staff are heroes. In reception I can remember Abdul monaem, Fatimah Hisham. In Sofrah I can remember Ayah. Honestly all the staff. This place is piece of paradise. In sort word it is flawless. The best decision we made was booking in Reef House in Marsa Alam. Every day we had different kind of breakfast, the collaborators were great! All of them in their role, Taha, Dahi, Yahia, Mahmoud and Mustafa were very kind and helpful with us during our stay. Awesome place owned by Amr, who also became a friend. Also Zizo who was our diving teacher made the experience hard to beat! Everything is high quality when you make things with love! thank you and we wish all the best! hope we can return soon!
