it's a amazing experience to live inside a historic building and they have the most magnificent sea views when you have fabulous breakfast on the roof!!! and staff here can speak fluency english which makes you feel safe,which if you have any requirement they can understand and help you; we would like to thank Mayar/Reem/Ahmed N. they arranged a very beautiful sea view room for us that can observer the Qaitbay fort and also the very nice police officer Ibrahim,he helped us communicate with Uber driver which really give us the sense of safety! really love this hotel!

The property was brand new and in a quieter part of Alexandria yet very accessible to everything . The staff were very attentive . When we asked for things we received them immediately. Everyone was always smiling and ready to help with anything we asked for . The rooms were very clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable . They have 2 large pools with one of them being 1.95m deep which is great. They have an Italian restaurant onsite with reasonable prices. We had initially planned to stay one day but ended up extended a few more night. We enjoyed our stay and this will be our go to hotel in Alexandria.

Our stay at this hotel was truly memorable, largely thanks to the exceptional service recovery by Ms. Jailan. The most impressive part of our experience was her quick and thoughtful response to a major issue we encountered. What initially could have been a significant complaint was transformed into a genuine compliment, all because of her professionalism, empathy, and proactive attitude. I want to take a moment to commend Jailan as her quick action and dedication truly stood out. She should be incredibly proud of herself. She is a shining example of a brand ambassador. Having worked in the industry for many years, I can honestly say that what she did today exemplifies the highest standards of customer service—something every employee in this industry should aspire to. Thank you very much Jailan for turning what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and hope to meet again soon!

Very clean hotel . Comfortable. Nice pool but no sea view pool view only but they have nice private peace . Just walk 5 mins from the hotel. I would like to thank the staff in reception . Mr. Ahmed , Mrs. Shahd and Mrs. Mariam . They are very friendly, kindly , respectful ☺️and helpful. And also the house kipper man is very polite .

Very helpful and friendly staff, the room had everything you might need, really comfy bed, super clean. The location is also great. 5min taxi ride from the bus station, 2min walk from a big shopping center, 10min ride from the corniche. Best place I have stayed so far in egypt. And the WiFi is super strong!

The hotel is 5 minutes driving to airport! Thats why I booked this hotel room only for the last night of my visit to Alexanderia as my flight was early morning 🙂 My room was clean and wonderful setup with a balcony facing the swimming pool.

Alexandria is a beautiful city and I was born there.

Alexandria is a beautiful city and I was born there. Unfortunately, I had to go abroad when I was still young. I carry Alexandria in my heart and definitely recommend a visit. Be careful on the road. Go and eat excellent seafood at Ominos in Kaid Bey-Slexandria. A visit to the Alex library is also a must.

Beach is good but full of jelly fishes.

Beach is good but full of jelly fishes. My kids got hurt while in water. Beach is not clean. They call it Sidi Kir beach. Charge is 50EGP for umbrella and 10EGP for each chair. Entrance is free. Neighbourhood has no restaurants and almost nothing. It’s very far from the city. There is a Carrefour nearby in Orouba mall. You can go there by taxi

To "review" a city with such history is disrespectful to all it is. Alexandria is the nexus of history of the world. It should be treated with reverence and awe. Exploring history from the 2nd century to the present in 1 afternoon is surreal and immensely humbling. The people of Alexandria are among the most kind and generous in the world.

Nothing exceptional nice Just medium experience Feel I wouldn’t return A shame But a total overhaul of facilities needed and a GOOD painter and job needs doing Also felt carpets need cleaning Just a lot of TENDED love care need to be carried out It’s was very expensive for the quality of rooms provided and the state of repairs Get the owners to Paint the place property Also provide extra like fresh milk in room for guests on arrival Coffee sachets were minimal
