The staff were nice, especially Roudina at the reception, she was very helpful and friendly. The room was good and everything worked fine. The view of the pyramids in the evening was something special. Breakfast was okay, simple but enough. Nothing to complain really, we had a good stay.

Excellent time in Hilton hotel, very good value for money! Classic rooms with high quality wooden furnitures, carpets everywhere, perfect bedding, beautiful panoramic view to Nile and city, great sound isolation, welcome fruits in the room, and what a breakfast, so much choice. Highly recomended dinner in Hilton boat on Nile, a dinner buffet, entertining oriental program, a 2h trip in a very nice ship, around 25 eur per person! The most important- excellent people who work there, from reception, to servers and housekeepers, everyone attentive and caring. Thank you very much, we will be back.

The facilities are very nice, large comfortable beds in lovely and clean rooms Most staff speak English to one degree or another My favourite part of my stay was Mohammad yassein, the house keeping for the floor I stayed on! He was polite and kind, constantly making sure I had everything I could possibly need. Omar on reception is lovely and polite I managed to secure another night's stay in this wonderful place! The location is wonderful, Ubers always have fast pick ups to take you to wherever you need I was only in Cairo for a wedding and I wish I could have stayed longer!

Very convenient location, the attendance at the Front Desk is beyond description, the staff makes you feel like home. Mrs. Fatma is an exemplary staff, professional, friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was more comfortable, thanks to Mr. Yahya who also made our check in much easier in spite of long queues. Breakfast was varied and excellent with very attentive staff. Room service and Laundry were also excellent. Overall, our stay was memorable, and we would revisit the hotel during our next trip.

Cairo is a horrible city!

Cairo is a horrible city! Don't book there for too long, and don't even think about renting an apartment or a car, especially a car!! Hey, we saw only two traffic lights in the whole city. Drivers don't give a damn about any rules; all those road line markings are for nothing. Driving is in complete chaos. Book any Western hotels and use the car service vetted by the hotel

My stay in Madinaty was excellent.

My stay in Madinaty was excellent. The flat was very clean, modern, and fully equipped with brand-new furniture and appliances. The location was great, quiet, and convenient, making it easy to relax and move around. The host was generous and welcoming, offering water and chocolates on arrival, and kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out. Everything was smooth and comfortable — I highly recommend staying here in Madinaty.

Terrible Experience - Avoid HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB! I recently booked an apartment through Booking.com with HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB for my family, including young children, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The host, Abdulaziz, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The air conditioning didn’t work, and neither did the washing machine, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially with kids. To make matters worse, two hours before our scheduled check-out, Abdulaziz turned off the electricity, leaving us in a terrible situation. This company is a scam, and I would strongly advise anyone, especially families, to avoid booking with them. The lack of basic amenities and the host's unprofessional behavior made this the worst experience we've ever had. I expected much better from a property listed on Booking.com. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

i had been stay for 4 days and tenant offer anther apartment rather than the one i book thru booking , calming it will be more comfort with a family of 5 members and frankly speaking from day one , washing machine , Wifi was not working and cleaning hygiene was acceptable since we found Cigarettes pods on the floor and end up with black out for electricity due to tenant was not charge enough money via electrical card , i told him such apartment is not belong to him and he is not aware about anything inside apartment , however location is good .

Cairo is a really chaotic and noisy city, quite dirty and with poor people who try to survive, often on your expenses. Nonetheless, it is a place to visit at least once in your life. It is better if you have a good local guide who can take you safely through scammers and other tourist traps. The Pyramids are great and impressive, but the people who work there are not, treating you like a sheep, no smile, no friendliness. The GEM is impressive and more organized - the staff are helpful, smiling and friendly. We went to Cairo just for those 2 experiences and we are satisfied. We spent there 2 nights and 2 days - one for Pyramids and one for GEM. We also found good food and had a lovely dinner on a private boat on the Nile. So, yes, recommended but know where you are going!

Madinaty is a lovely area, the apartment that was booked ran out of electricity, when it was 42 degrees outside, the owner didn't like friends coming to the apartment it was not a friendly place to stay, unlike the last time I stayed in the area
