The outstanding service and family-friendly atmosphere made our experience unforgettable. The facilities are excellent, including a beautiful pool, a wide beach area, and an engaging kids club supervised by the extremely friendly Nada and Menna. They, together with Ali, organized entertaining kids' nights that my daughter looked forward to every evening. We enjoyed live music each night, provided by a talented guitar player with a wonderful voice. The dining options were impressive, with a delicious open buffet offering a wide variety of savory and sweet dishes. There were really no cons or anything bad to mention during our stay. Literally, everything was perfect when it comes to cleanliness, Ramy, the owner himself. I took it as a day-use with my family but we decided to spend the night there because we liked it. We didn't need to get anything from the supermarket as all was there in the chalet.
