Its a great hotel with perfect location - center of the city but at the same time in a pedestrian area. No noise from the roads. Breakfast was very delicious, great choice of high quality food! The design of the hotel was also great - modern and stylish, we had a feeling that each detail was crafted. We had a small anniversary and got compliment from the hotel with lovely wishes. That made our short holiday better! The staff of the hotel were very friendly and ready to help with everything! If one day we are in Malaga again - we will stay only here!

FAQs about hotels in Costa del Sol

Much More Than Just Sun

With warm waters and sun-drenched beaches, the Costa del Sol certainly lives up to its name. From north of Gibraltar to Almuñecar, this part of Andalusia is a top destination for holidaymakers of all budgets.

Puerto Banús attracts the world’s super-rich, and many moor million-pound yachts in its harbour. Glamorous Marbella also has designer shops, an orange tree-lined square, and easy access to Costa del Sol golf courses.

Quieter Estepona has a low-key harbour and several good Costa del Sol hotels for kids, while Fuengirola’s long, sandy beach is overlooked by a Moorish castle and Roman ruins. On its outskirts is Mijas waterpark, named after the hill town offering fantastic views of the Costa’s rugged mountains and pristine beaches.

Another waterpark - Aqualand - is in Torremolinos, a vibrant resort with many Costa del Sol hotels by the beach. Long and sandy, it stretches all the way to lively Benalmádena, from where dolphin watching trips depart. Also here is Tivoli World theme park, and a cable car just opposite goes up Monte Calamorro.

With its impressive Alcazaba castle overlooking Roman ruins, Málaga, the region’s capital, was the birthplace of Picasso, and a museum and his former home can be visited. Nerja to the east boasts a 19th-century aqueduct and the Balcony of Europe promenade above its beach.

I would like to extend special thanks to the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and willingness to assist with any request made us feel truly valued as guests. In particular, Sara Valente and Joana Medina were outstanding in their service and made a significant positive impact on our experience. Their dedication and exceptional hospitality were truly great.

The staff are an incredible team! All dedicated to keeping the customers happy, the entertainment team were truly amazing, my daughter enjoyed the kids disco and entertainment every evening. The food variety was also brilliant, and the drinks came in good measures. The free bus to shops and beach was a brilliant added touch to the hotel, this gave us the opportunity to see the area.

Reached Málaga by road from Portugal for a short stay during the Comicon. Did not get much opportunities to visit much of the city, as the convention was the focus. In the evening, walking around the centre felt safe and the prices of the restaurants felt fair (ie, not too touristy). The one downside of the city is the profusion of roundabouts that also double as intersections. They can be a bit confusing at first.

Fuengirola is great for people looking to relax with lovely beaches, a mix of Spanish & Irish bars & cheaper than neighbouring towns. Also a great place for older people. Saw quite a few scooters as it’s quite flat. For younger people Torremolinos might suit better as it’s bigger.

Nerja is a very friendly safe place and just a wonderful place to be . Burriana beach is my favourite as its lined with bars and shops and is a very long beach , but very steep climb back up the hill. Plenty of bars and restaurants in and around the balcon. Avenue Mediterraneo is another nice place down bottom end of nerja ,(the street where rui monica is)lined with bars and restaurants. Maro a village about 2 miles away is well worth a visit nice walk and you pass the eagle aquaduct . The village itself is very small with a couple of restaurants and bars, but very tranquil and worth a visit for a bite to eat and a drink (there's a regular bus service here and also to the nearby caves). Nerja bus station is at the top of nerja ,walk away from bacony on pintada till u reach 1st main road (10 minute walk)not a station as such but a few bus stops , from here you can go to malaga . 2 or 3 bars next to bus station ,the one centred around the fountain is the best (opposite round about ). Pretty easy place to get around but from rui monica end to the bus station there is a noticeable rise .

Estepona is a much bigger town than I thought with a lot of high rise buildings but the Old town is really quaint and beautiful with little cobbled streets full of pots of flowers everywhere! The town is very clean and apart from the odd dog poo there was no litter. Lots of cafes and restaurants to chose from and what we did like was there were hardly any tacky souvenier shops! I would thoroughly recommend going up to Clio rooftop bar the view was amazing! The promenade is lovely stretching for miles alongside the clean beaches with lots of palm tress and green plantation. We loved looking out for the numerous sculptures and murials which are dotted everywhere....Estepona has everything....clean beaches, beautiful old town, lots of places to eat and a lovely harbour.

it is a lovely town, friendly with lots of good restaurants and small shops. The park area around the old bullring and church was very nice (I was happy that the bullring wasn't in use). As an animal lover, the donkeys and horses seemed to be well looked after. At least I hope they were. The bus service in the centre of the town was excellent. The walks in the mountains were great. The staff in the Tourist Centre were helpful. The atmosphere at night was nice and pleasant. The white washed houses were nice and the history of the town was interesting.
