The staff was very friendly. We arrived very late after official check-in time and were given a detailed instructions to pick-up keys and get to our room. The room exceeded our expectations because for our long stay at the hotel we were were given free room upgrade from standard double to large double with kitchenette. The breakfast was really good with big varieties of food, were granted with some extra ingredients by the kitchen staff when we asked for them. For one morning we asked for early breakfast in room and were supplied with a huge breakfast box in fridge at the evening before.

The breakfast suited all ages. The hotel very clean and staff very helpful, friendly. The receptionist Laura was especially helpful to us and assisted us with everything we needed. The location of this hotel is perfect. 12 mins from the aiport . 10 mins from Santas village and Santa s park. The bus stops directly outside the hotel. Our family room was fabulous with the bunk beds a big hit with the children. The view from the hotel window was outstanding we even got to see the Northern lights

A very cozy house surrounded by beautiful nature. The view is absolutely breathtaking! The house is very tidy, with a cozy fireplace and a sauna. Tea, coffee, and sweets are thoughtfully provided. It has everything you need: a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, and more. A sled was provided on the terrace for the child to use.

It was a good location for rovaniemi city and right next to a grocer! Very comfortable and it had everything that we needed! The owner texted us immediately whenever we had a question, the place was found super clean and we did not want to leave would 100% go back to the same apartment if i go visit rovaniemi again !

It’s a small town, better to use Uber for transportation...

It’s a small town, better to use Uber for transportation than local taxi, rent a car would be best. Make arrangements for ready to eat foods as most food joints will close by 8 pm. Wilt app is good for serving food and groceries. For northern lights hunting, better to book for guaranteed sighting with refundable options otherwise.

Summer trip to Rovaniemi: Lapland was in a heat wave which held us back a bit as it was rather humid. We enjoyed Arktikum very much, went swimming in the river, walked in the Arctic Gardens and explored the town centre. We planned some hiking but it was hotter than we expected. At end of July, sunset around midnight for only a short time, which is cool.

Our stay was perfect and would 100% recommend. The apartment was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. We were a group of girls for a hen party and it was absolutely perfect for us. The location was great!
