Out of everything I loved here, the service was the utmost. If the room is ready, the staff allows early check-in. Especially since we had a long flight hours, early check-in was like the best hospitality. Several staff members in the lobby are all kind and understanding. Breakfast was pretty luxurious even though it only ran 8-10, which made us unable to catch up one day because of the early flight. The water was strong, the sauna was fabulous, and the kitchen was cozy but had everything we needed.

Great to have the in-house sauna after a cold day out in the national park. We stayed in Cabin 19 which is very clean and cosy. Highly recommended and will definitely book this place again.

The cabin we rented was lovely. It included a private spa, which we used several times and a wood-burning fireplace, which we used each day. We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin.

The peaceful Lapland Hotel Riekonlinna is 500 metres from Saariselkä village, right next to Urho Kekkonen National Park. Guests can enjoy free sauna admission and access to excellent skiing.
