Upon arrival we were met by the lovely , friendly staff who made us feel so welcome at this stunning, idyllic , paradise and we welcomed by a traditional song and a welcome 'Home' , by the end of our stay we did feel like it was home !!! Everything was perfect throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble for any of the many staff that made us feel so special , Yes the island and hotel are stunning, beautiful, BUT its actually ALL the staff that make it work so very well , we thankyou from the bottom of our heart The staff all remember your names, how they do this ??? The pool overlooked the beach/sea, beautiful setting to chill out !! After 10 weeks in NZ boy did we need this time in Lomani The villa (with Pool) was beautiful, so well decorated , keeping a Fijian theme ,rooms were cleaned every morning and made ready of an evening for bed We loved the outside shower and the plunge pool over looking the sea!! Who wouldn't Those sunsets in the pool with a cocktail were amazing The restaurant food was fantastic, something for everyone , thankyou to all the chefs and staff who worked so hard to make the most amazing food Great Happy hour at the small friendly bar, again all the staff were amazing We enjoyed the complimentary snorkelling trips out , the line fishing, paddle boards and kayaks and bikes ( possibly could do with new bikes ) The gardens were a pleasure to walk around The spa treatment was so relaxing , try one treatment !!!! - Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 112 reviewsMy wife and I chose Six Senses Fiji for part of our honeymoon, having experienced other Six Senses resorts. The Fijian property, however, was truly outstanding. Every staff member radiated warmth and friendliness. Our GEM was particularly wonderful, seamlessly coordinating all our desired activities. Accommodation: We stayed in the Hideaway Pool Villa. The expansive space boasts a private pool, lush garden, and ultra-comfy beds. Cuisine: Breakfasts were satisfying, and while they might not outshine some larger resorts, the staff's willingness to customize is commendable. Our lunch and dinner experiences were generally pleasant, with a mix of set menus and à la carte options. A bit more variety might enhance the longer stays, though. Everything was very fresh. Activities: The resort offers a mix of complimentary and chargeable activities. I'd highly recommend the surfing – the instructors are top-notch! Also, don't miss out on Cloud 9; it's a quick boat ride away and a must-visit. Insights: The expansive resort does cater to families, yet its sheer size ensures privacy. For families, the available nanny service is an excellent touch. For couples, I don't think you will be disturbed. Value: Considering the premium nature of an island resort, the value resonates at about 8-9/10. It's a five-star experience, and the pricing reflects that. Final Thoughts: Six Senses Fiji captivated us with its charm, outstanding service, and dedicated team. Special mention to the GM, whose dedication to the resort and its guests is evident. Heartfelt thanks for making our honeymoon an unforgettable experience!Guest review byVladimirAustria
- From US$361.19 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.0Very good - What previous guests thought, 121 reviewsThe Island experience was amazing! Shows the real Fiji and the warmth of the people and culture. We had a beautifully renovated room with modern furniture and fixtures, this was amazing to come back to after a day of swimming and snorkling in the amazingly clean and clear water. We went snorkling and fish feeding in the day and enjoyed some cocktails in the evening after a great sunset. Could not ask for a more relaxing holiday on Beachcomber.Guest review bypennyFiji
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very good - What previous guests thought, 331 reviewsBeautiful beach front bure with a comfy day bed for lounging and reading, and a private pool. Amazing people working there (with great senses of humour!), who made us feel so welcome. Grab a kayak, or snorkelling gear, even had a hobi cat for sailing, all included. Small organised activities every day too, if you wanted (jewellery making, cooking, walks).Guest review byTaniaNew Zealand
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 79 reviewsThe best hotel ever. The hotel is amazing but the staff is just incredible: they are all so nice, always available, you feel like you are part of the family! The food is a Michelin level of good. The fact that this is a small hotel makes everything more personalized. They prepare a lot of special surprises for you. Definitely recommend it!Guest review byjmfmartinsPortugal

As a large family group of 2 grandparents, 6 adult children and 3 grandkids, the resort was excellent and catered for all ages. A great selection of 4 pools, beautiful beach, 2 superb restaurants and a large buffet restaurant, plus other eateries. Various shops and bars. Night time entertainment, fire dancers were excellent, grandson amazed that "he ate fire"! Water sport activities, catamaran, kayaks, jumping inflatable. Relaxing spa, 9 hole golf course with Plantation island golf balls so they're all the same! Boats available for a quick trip to Cloudbreak and other surf breaks. Cloud 9 floating bar. We did it all and it was all amazing.Guest review bySuzanneAustralia - 10.0

We stayed at Sheraton Resort & Spa Takariki Island Fiji in early September for 6 nights with my partner. Our room had a garden view and was equipped with everything we needed, though it could use a light renovation. Housekeeping was done daily, with linen changed every three days. Complimentary water was provided at 0.5L per person per day. The resort grounds are absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean and the island, especially from the dining area. The staff were always warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Irene for her hospitality and support, as well as to the recreation team and the chef for the delicious meals, which is impressive considering the challenges of island logistics. Service in the restaurants was slower than we are used to – sometimes lunch took 40 minutes to an hour – but this seems to be the island pace, so patience is needed. The all-inclusive package took us a couple of days to fully understand. Breakfast buffet was included, lunch was à la carte with a choice of two courses, and dinner offered three courses à la carte or buffet (on some days), plus the option of dining at the excellent Indian restaurant, Kukuima, which we highly recommend. The pool was great, and the highlight of our stay was the snorkelling. You can already see fish just off the beach, and if you swim a bit further out to the reef crest, the variety of marine life is amazing. It’s important to go at high tide to avoid damaging corals or getting injured. The resort also carefully manages activities depending on tide, wind, and waves, which we appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful stay with beautiful weather, lots of positive energy, and memorable experiences. We would be very happy to return.Guest review byOlga OzdemirNew Zealand - 10.0

The snorkelling was amazing, so much live coral and plenty of fish just off the beach. We saw reef sharks off the back of Serenity island, we also saw one swim in front of our beach front Bure. We also went on a trip to the Sandbar and it had amazing coral also, the team at Serenity island made our trip so much fun and was a great group bonding event.Guest review byRobertAustralia - 2.0

Do not book into this "resort" if you would like nice and good service, good food and a general feel of comfort. It was all terrible. The pool was under construction which was not said prior. We sat on the beach and listened to a jack hammer for an entire day.Guest review byAmyNew Zealand - 8.0

We didnt stay for the surfing, but for snorkelling, cloud 9 and the bushwalk. From the summit of the hike the views are amazing. Take sturdy shoes, water (safe to drink) and a few snacks from the mainland as the hike is hard work in the heat, its steep with loose dirt/gravel - about an hour or so one way. We snorkelled off sandbank and it wasnt too busy - at low tide the sandbank is exposed so put your towel and water down there and spend an hour with the reef fish. Some of them came right up to me, I wonder if they’ve been fed or are just friendly. Cloud 9 was just fun. Byo goggles or snorkel, a money card and a towel. Jump off the roof into the water, swim with the fish and enjoy a pizza and a cocktail.Guest review byJodiAustralia - 10.0

Beautiful island in an ideal location. Small enough to explore and not get lost, and recommend taking a walk to the peak of the island to view the surrounding coast and other islands, particularly at sunset.Guest review bychristopher - 10.0

Fantastic accommodation and food (Sheraton).
Fantastic accommodation and food (Sheraton). Weather was perfect in June - consistently between 24-28 deg! Water temp was 27deg - no rasher needed. Very relaxing. Note a couple of things - extra activities were super expensive. Food generally quite expensive (but good) - we stayed at Sheraton - very nice - but no 'cheaper' food options (e.g. ~$20-30Aus for an entree). Highly suggest paying for the buffet breakfast - amazing! (never seen so many options!).Guest review byRay5Australia - 10.0
