What a great place. Beautiful town, scenery and building. It has everything you want in a hotel. Clean hotel, clean room, clean bathroom. Big bath towels! Having a proper size bath towel is great, I like to cover my entire bum when I get out of a shower, so we were very happy and they have lovely, fluffy bath robes. Even the shower gel and shampoo were good. The bedrooms were well decorated and the beds very comfortable. Good space to put your suitcase and ace if you want a desk to work on. We opted for breakfast in our room, which was a lovely treat. Good selection of breakfast food. We ate at the restaurant and were very happy with the meal. Great food and lovely decor. All of the staff were really great, very helpful and friendly and all of them, from reception to the restaurant to the housekeeping staff were extremely hard working. I've worked in busy pubs and restaurants and the staff here kept their cool and their smiles. Really enjoyed the stay 😊

Most beautiful rooms and bathroom I've seen, even the scent was beautiful. Views like in a fairy tale, same for the decor inside. Food was absolutely marvellous, staff was excellent, I've met and talked to sous chef and the owner, both great and very nice people. Cuisine - one of the best steaks of my life! First chance I got, I'm coming back :)!

We had three really enjoyable nights at the Auberge along with dinner and breakfast. The food was excellent and served with enthusiasm and cheerfulness. Arriving on the Thursday for "pizza night" in the outside bar was our good fortune! Tasty pizza, wine and a fun ambiance. The staff were outstanding. I would thorougly recommend the Auberge.
