Comfortable seating area with a small bar which has hot drinks. Heated ski boot storage & ski storage available too. A quick walk to; ski hire, ski pass kiosk & one of the chair lifts which links to the other ski runs. Could also walk though the park, along the river to main ski area, shops & restaurants. Good ski bus service in the village. There seems to be an outdoor market on Fridays too.

United KingdomI was cycling in the local area, and needed a place to stay for the night, for which this hotel was ideally located. Very quiet and peaceful location just up from La Chambre, with a very friendly host. I actually arrived a bit earlier than expected but it was no problem, the room was lovely and comfortable, managed to dine for the night there and had a decent breakfast with plenty of local produce! Would happily come back here, there was also secure storage for the bike.

The host was in contact via Whatsapp and tried to help whenever needed.

Really nice, big apartment, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. Everything is well thought of and of good quality. Location is perfect, next to the tourist office and all kind of shops. Very calm, even though the residence was full we barely noticed any noise or other people around.

Pool was great to relax after a day of skiing
Sauna was also available : booking in advance was required to make sure only people from a room/flat would be at the same time in the sauna. Great to feel safe and comfy with only your family/friends

Great family ski destination with plenty of linked slopes to other areas. Lots of easy blues and reds but some challenges too, so a good mix for skiers of all abilities.
In La Toussuire there are a few shops, restaurants and bars, those of which we visited were very friendly and welcoming.
Overall a great place to stay.

Exceptionally awful unempathetic attitude to guests.
Exceptionally awful unempathetic attitude to guests. We were going via one of the most risky route up in the mountains to reach the hotel 'cause we were lost due to GPS. We barely found a spot with a cellular signal to call and warn the hotel. That was basically up in the Alpes in the middle of a very narrow road, what we have informed about the staff over the phone. Imagine our surprise they said we have to say our credit card details right now otherwise we can't arrive later cause they can't charge a deposit. So the guests should risk their lives in order to justify their unfitting reality management system? By "reality" I mean obvious risks of running a hotel in the mountains like routes problems for tourists from other regions.
In addition to that, you have to pay extra (around 40 euro, do not remember the sum correctly) if you don't make a cleaning before departure according to their instructions. It took us more than one hour to do that. That is the 1st time ever the hotel doesn't provide free cleaning in my and my husband's life experience. Also, it's possible to check-in with a receptionist present at the spot only during 1 hour a day and that isn't a traditional 2 pm check-in. Moreover, the sauna works not only several times a week, though several hours - opening at around 5 pm only to get closed at 7.30 pm once the whole swimming area is closed.
Overall, the complex is satisfactory, though all these rules are absolutely not fitting for relaxation.
