We had a fabulous ski holiday and the location of the hotel is key for us. Ski-in-ski-out, ski rental next door, next to ski lifts, and resort carpark nearby. We really like the all inclusive aspect of the hotel, makes our holiday hassle free. The food is great, lots of choice and good quality and we liked the new addition of the sparkling water fountain. Decent Spar and brilliant artisanal boulangerie within 5 mins walk, at least 2 bar/restaurants also within 5 mins. Staff friendly, were able to accommodate some requests our group had and were able to answer queries well. At least 2 kit hire locations within 5 mins although the one they have a deal with is not the closest one. The kitchen has all you need for your 1...2 weeks stay. The location is amazing - right near green (children's sloop) So it's easy to start your skiing day event with the smallest ones. The hotel has a restaurant and there are some restaurants around within 5 min walking asses. Good free parking right in front of the hotel closed only for hotel guests. Nice small village.
Nice small village. Felt like a place where the French come for the weekend to ski, so suited us. It isn't very big, has about 4 restaurants and two bars. Not much choice for Apres, but all the people we met in bars and restaurants were so helpful. Can highly recommend the skimium shop. Nice little village. One and only grocery store covers the bare necessities, the selection is not very rich. The bakery is open in the morning and is good. Have stayed many times and always had good snow. This season there was less than usual but still enough to ski the whole area right down to the village. Was quieter that usual when we were there but didn’t detract from experience. The transfer time from Geneva is longer than the distance...
The transfer time from Geneva is longer than the distance would suggest but the area was great for families - this is not a party area where you are likely to be detained by blaring sounds. The views are great and the area charming. There is a small square where souvenirs can be bought, along with local delicacies.
