Everything was perfect! The hotel is very well located and easy to get to. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the interior design was spectacular, every little detail was amazing. The breakfast was delicious, and check-in and check-out were both very easy. I have no complaints at all. I totally recommend this place!

Excellent location, 5 minutes walking distance from the metro station, there was 2 supermarkets next the the metro station and shopping mall next to the hotel with restaurants, cafés and cash machine that was very convenient, and also the rooms were clean and provided new towels each day , breakfast was decent, very helpful and kind staff, will definitely recommend this place!!

Saint-Ouen is a great location for visiting Paris.

Saint-Ouen is a great location for visiting Paris. The line 14 takes you straight to the center of Paris, and it's a direct line to Orly airport. The area is very safe for families. The Communal is a great destination for eating out with everything from pizza and burgers to Korean and African cuisine

My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster and the worst experience of my life. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and honestly felt scary and unsafe. There was constant noise from construction, making it impossible to rest. The owner was rude and unpleasant, showing no respect or care for guests. Overall, this place is uncomfortable and unwelcoming, I definitely do not recommend it. You can easily find something much better for the same price. Avoid at all costs!

The apartment is clean, well equipped and convenient for...

The apartment is clean, well equipped and convenient for Metro Line 3, a large supermarket and local bistros. There is also a scattering of take away vans near the station that look well used by the locals. One in particular - based around a London bus - appears to have a large screen where many gather to watch football (soccer). We used this as a base for exploring Paris, rather than visiting Bagnolet, but could see plenty of places in the area where we would have liked to spend time had we not been trying to cram so much of central Paris into our stay. Père Lachaise cemetery is only 3 stops away, for those who would like to pay their respects to the likes of Jim Morrison, Oscar Wilde and Edith Piav. Metro Line 3 offers a convenient gateway to Paris, as well as an easy route to Gare du Nord and the Eurostar, or train link to CDG. Gare du Nord has a luggage drop facility that allows you to leave your bags to let you squeeze every last moment of your final hours in this amazing city, unencumbered by luggage.

The location was good in that we were in an area that had everything we needed to cope. Unfortunately it is quite a long journey on the train to get to tourist places. The train begins its journey in Montreuil and the chance of a seat is good, but the return is a different story, packed to the maximum and a struggle to reach the doors to get out. An experience we would have never had if not made a decision to try it out. 😊

Pantin isn't a beautiful place but clean and quite safe. Lots of choice regarding food. However, to see Paris you have to use the metro and it takes from 20-30 minutes to reach the main attractions. This wasn't a problem as there was a metro every 3 minutes. Overall good.

Good public transport network to Central Paris.

Good public transport network to Central Paris. The area outside the campus grounds is rundown and seems to be quite an impoverished area. There are a number of homeless people around the area who keep to themselves and were not actively seeking out people passing through. The area as a whole looks rather unsafe but we as 2 seasoned female travellers did not feel unsafe around the locals.

It's a very green and beautiful place, very close to nature with lots of fresh air. Your walking in the area and even looking out from your window, you will find singing birds, rabbits running around, multiple kind of plants, trees and flowers giving your heart and soul a refreshing, pleasant and joyful feel. Quite and calm area as no much traffic. I like all the area and this is the best place if you want to relax and to be away from city life. It's all connected with all kinds of transports. It's also close to CDG airport.

A renovation is needed and banning of smoking in the corridors. The location is not well connected to the city centre so you need to add taxi transportation too in your expenses. It was a disproportionate value for money.

This is a lovely Paris suburb, peaceful and quiet.

This is a lovely Paris suburb, peaceful and quiet. And it's really versatile and with its unpredictably changing look, it definitely attracts people who like variety. There are many beautiful streets to walk and sights to see, including the old cemetery (ancien cimétière) of Rosny-sous-Bois. There's also a range of places to eat out in the area, including Turkish, Indian, and Brazilian cuisine and seafood. I really enjoyed dining at the Turkish place (I went there at least twice) located some 200 yards away from the Coteaux Beauclair subway station, in front of the Domus shopping mall. And, the best shopping center in the neighbourhood must be the Westfield mall, which is just within a few minutes' walk from the nearest metro.
