- From $1,279.44 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.5Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 487 reviewsExcellent bar none. We enjoyed a few nights stay post-christmas for our wedding anniversary. Every member of their staff is exceptional. Expect professional and friendly service and knowledgable recommendations. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The elegant touches make the experience from the heated bathroom floor to rose petals for our anniversary. The experience truly is end-to-end - we have never had such a smooth check-out, from our room to the town car in less than 5 blissful minutes. Keen to return!Guest review byVeronicaAustralia

London is busy noisy and full of concrete.
London is busy noisy and full of concrete. A lot of the sights were very expensive. Food was okay, don't believe a resturaunt telling you it's Italian because it isn't. The best places for food were the pubs if you can take children in. We seem to have lost the old London and that's a shame.Guest review byVivienne - 10.0
Manchester is an amazing city - for business or pleasure.
Manchester is an amazing city - for business or pleasure. There is a vast selection of restaurants and the shops are fabulous - although not many independent boutiques, all high-street chains. Not a great city for cars, recommend travelling in by train or taxi. Most of the city centre is pedestrianised, which is much safer when walking around. If you're looking for finer dining, head to Spinningfields, or Grand Pacific (stunning restaurant!). If you're on a hen/stag doo, head for Deansgate or Canal Street. If you're partial to Chinese food, head to China Town - there are some amazing restaurants there! If you're looking for an indy/student vibe, head to the Northern Quarter. Manchester has something for everyone!Guest review byDizzyDarlingUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Really Vibrant City.
Really Vibrant City. There's plenty to see especially if you are a fan of The Beatles. The city certainly lives on the bands history. If you like football then you've a choice of the two big clubs or even a trip over the Mersey to Tranmere Rovers (our destination and a good day we had). The City seems to come alive at night and there are so many choices of places to eat, drink or dance the night away. A real mix of local people and tourists.Guest review byAndrewUnited Kingdom - 10.0

I love the city, and keep coming back to it, as I become more and more used to it, and find coffee shops and galleries I like to visit. I wasn't very well at the time - with an incipient asthma problem - but the city helped, and the weather was good, mild and bright. I had a tram ride or two, which are a special pleasure, and it's so reasonably priced and comfortable. The former Exchange in Millennium Square, which is run by the university, was a special favourite for morning coffee.Guest review byJohnUnited Kingdom - 10.0

There are so many different types of entertainment appealing to all ages. It is a lively, fun and colourful resort and the Promenade is all flat and easy to get around. The trams and buses are so numerous and regular and make getting about so easy. There are theatres offering a variety of shows and there are lots of pubs offering free live entertainment every night. .Also so many places to eat band so many kids entertainment venues....the circus and Sea Life are but two of many. I would recommend Blackpool to anyone of any age. 👍👍Guest review byCaroleUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Newcastle is special. We lie in the North East of England but are so not English. Famous for the following: NUFC Carabou Cup winners 2025. Shearers Bar under, China town and the Irish club just across the way. All very friendly History: The Roman Wall and England's Biggest National Park just north Castles: Lots and a day out in the castle in Newcastle is a trip and a half: historians staff the place and take you on a wee historical excursion Cheap as Chips: We still offer lovely hotel rooms for cost effective prices bacpacking beds for under £20 Camping: England's Best two campsites. Springhill farm in Seahouses and Hadrians Wall campsite near the Sill Nightlife: Theatre, Pubs and nightclubs a foodies paradise Hiking: It's Northumberland !! Sailing : Marina's o the Tyne and the last one in England at Amble run by Boatfolk Shopping: Bargains galore and some high end designer shops if you are into that sort of thing Ferries: Don't skip Newcastle on your way to Scotland for your family holiday on the DFDS ferry Geordie dictionaries available in the library : you will need themGuest review byDeniseUnited Kingdom - 10.0
I lived 25 minutes away from bristol for my entire life...
I lived 25 minutes away from bristol for my entire life until last year, It's absolutely crammed with things to interest a wide range of tastes. Bristol is the UK's most painted city, there's street art everywhere. Fantastic music scene with numerous venues including Bristol Beacon, The Exchange, The Prospect Building, The Marble Factory, O2 Academy, Llloyds ampitheatre on the floating harbour and many more. Great galleries and museums - the Arnolfini is always worth a visit. History - Brunel's Clifton Suspension Bridge; Brunel's SS Great Britain and the replica of the Matthew & Bristol Blue glasswork sat the folding harbour; National trust properties including Tyntesfield House. St Nicholas's Market has numerous individual businesses and sole traders, Gloucester Road is a treasure trove of pubs, restaurants and brilliant shops of every kind.Guest review bySarahUnited Kingdom - 8.0
The hotel is very clean.
The hotel is very clean. Ensure you book the ground floor if you can't make the stairs, as no lift. The staff were very accommodating in this respect, and I had a ground floor room. I didn't have breakfast as I had to leave early to the airport again. The double glazing is amazing - virtually no noise. Although the walls are a bit thin, so you can hear other guests. Staff were very polite and well trained. Beware that the public transport to Terminals 2 and 3 is non-existent. You can get the Pod (great experience) to Terminal 5, and then the underground to the other terminals at Heathrow. The Taxi services are very good - costing £22.00. So don't worry too much. Altogether I would go here again.Guest review byPaulGibraltar - 10.0

Leeds is a city full of culture historic buildings and places and university. The areas near the river are getting more regeneration to make it attractive to locals and tourists. It’s buzzing with young people and night life. There’s a range of galleries and museums ,the library is a must visit . The variety of Restaurants and cafes offer satisfaction to all tastes and ages.
