Staff All the members from the staff do their best to make a good stay for you, with information about everything from restaurants where you can eat to how to use public transport or things to do in London. The one we interacted the most with was Cristi and he is very good on his job. Nicole was wonderful too and smiling all the time, making you feel that you entered a warm environment. Room About room I can say that all you see in photos is real, very clean, a lot of space which is not tipic for London, bed is wonderful and can give you a perfect sleep, good presure and hot water, really hot water if you like to look like a lobster :) and also kitchen hightly equiped from spons, forks, toaster, pans, electric oven + you have some games in rooms. Location Very good, you can go easy to center 3 min till Subway 10 stations from center( 19 min trip) 1 trip/ 1 person - 2,6 £ 3 min till Bus If you want to go a bit cheaper, but a bit slower 1 trip/ 1 person - 1,65£ For me this was good and I liked it, but you need to remember that here it isn't like an usual hotel with room service, it is more like home - hometel :)

The property is at a great location, Shoreditch is a very hip place and it’s just in 5 min walking distance from two tube stations. There are many bars ,pubs and restaurants in the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable and fitted with all the necessities. Though a bit small the quality of materials was good and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel also has a bar at the lobby and has a great vibe all together.

The overall experience of the hotel was the best we ever had in London; the service is exceptional, all thanks to the amazing staff. Rooms are spacious and clean, one of the rooms we got was recently renovated, but even the non-renovated room was very clean and well maintained. The views are fantastic and location is perfect. Breakfast was delightful, they serve the breakfast in two different restaurants, and the main restaurant (Vicinity) is really good for lunch or dinner with drinks. Overall we are very pleased, noting that this wasn't the first time we book here, nor will it be the last!

The staff were amazing - from our airport pickup, to check-in, to the concierges and doormen and waiting staff. All were incredibly well trained, efficient, and couldn't wait to assist us with anything. Our breakfasts were amazing - 5 Star doesn't come close to how excellent they were. Our room was very comfortable and full of wonderful little thoughtful touches. The Ritz was a once-in-a-lifetime destination for a special weekend and I will never forget how special everyone made us feel.

The location is amazing, the hotel very nice and clean, and the staff were amazing. We only stayed one night (and were given a very unexpected and much appreciated upgrade to a suite), but enjoyed the spa and the breakfast and would more than happily stay here again. Also, the hotel was excellent value for money compared to other hotels in the Mayfair area (nearly 1/3 of the price) and I don't know what the other hotels could provide extra that would justify the higher price.

Hounslow is a lively and diverse area with plenty to explore. My favorite spots were Osterley Park and House for its peaceful greenery and Hounslow High Street for shopping and local life. Getting around is easy thanks to the Piccadilly Line and regular buses connecting to Heathrow and Central London. I enjoyed delicious meals at Taste of Lahore, Twentynine Restaurant & Bar, and several vibrant street food stalls offering kebabs, samosas, and fresh curries. For quick bites and essentials, Quality Foods supermarket was a great find, offering authentic ingredients and ready-made meals from around the world. Hounslow is ideal for solo travelers, with friendly locals, great food options, and convenient access to nearby attractions like Richmond and Kew Gardens

The apartment was clean and had all the necessary facilities and everything was in perfect working order. The property is also conveniently located near transport links and shopping centre. However, I wish there had been a direct contact number to reach someone in real time, rather than communicating only through Booking.com, even for urgent matters. I panicked when I couldn’t access the keys and could not open the door the first time I tried and didn’t receive an immediate response, especially since I was new in a foreign country. This almost ruined my experience.
