The location was excellent with plenty of onsite parking. All of the food and drinks we had were top notch. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were heading out for a potter around Skipton and a lovely lady gave us great recommendations of where to go. We had fantastic weather and were able to take advantage of the beautiful beer garden, though even if it had started to rain there were a number of cute little covered cabins for waiting out the rain in. The bed was super comfy and the shower was tall enough my 6'4" husband could comfortably stand under the rain shower head! We would absolutely stay here again and were sad to have to leave this incredibly charming place.

Skipton is a vibrant town with everything you need from shopping, ample restaurants and pubs, coffee shops and an amazing market. The people are so friendly and and the town itself has such a nice feel to it. A great location for canal walks and plenty of places of interest worth visiting especially Skipton castle. Public transport also making it convenient to travel to neighbouring towns. Plenty of coffee shops and the market has plenty to offer in particular Wrens where you can buy a variety of delicious scones.

Lovely cobbled town with great shops and 6 charity shops. Lots of hotels, pubs and restaurants. Very quaint with loads of history. Beautiful houses and cottages. So near to Yorkshire dales with stunning countryside, castles, Abbeys and Churches.

loved grassington all the beautiful shops and nice walks The food at the grassington House hotel is first rate and the wine bar is lovely.Its a gateway to the Dales and and because its the setting for all ceatures great and small its like actully looking round darrowby.

Lovely little town on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales with plenty to see and do. Lots of lovely independent shops, pubs and restaurants with a very friendly vibe. Weekly market in the square every Tuesday.

Malham is rugged countryside, but the views are stunning. Even though the weather wasn't the best it didn't detract from the scenery. Only downside is there being only 2 buses a day to and from Malham.

The property had everything we needed for our stay of four...

The property had everything we needed for our stay of four adults and two dogs, walking the three peaks . There is also a great pub a 10min walk away from the property , away from the village offering great food.

The kitchen and living room are at the top of the cottage...

The kitchen and living room are at the top of the cottage which give access to fantastic views. The bedrooms are small, but adequate. Beds are comfortable. The price is reasonable. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Parking is available.

Sedbergh is a beautiful market town in close proximity to the fells and lots of local walks. It's also close to Kendal and Windemere for those wanting to travel further afield. The town itself hosts some great pubs, our favourite bing The Dalesman Country Inn.

Lovely village location a short walk from the train station. Beautiful house and a gorgeous room. Very clean and comfortable, lots of thoughtful extras like the mini fridge and toiletries in the bathroom. Plently of tea, coffee & fresh milk - the orange juice was very welcome in the morning too. The owners were very friendly and helpful. First class all round. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Loved Hawes so many places to eat and drink.

Loved Hawes so many places to eat and drink. Excellent selection of shops. Dales museum well worth a visit and Wiensley dale cheese museum,shop and cafe excellent visit. Ideal for walking and locals so friendly. Enjoyed day trips to Ripon and Harrogate. Quiet village apart from accommodation being next to village fuel station. Honesty with description and photos would have assisted.
