We had an unforgettable stay, feeling like we had our very own personal winery! As the only visitors, we enjoyed exclusive access to the entire mansion, with the charming host, Tamari, appearing just at the right moments to assist us without disrupting our sense of being the "winery owners." As "owners," we experienced the most contemporary winery in Georgia, equipped with the latest technology that's even difficult to import. The 360-degree vineyards surrounding the property added to the charm. Although they don't serve dinners, the spacious dream kitchen was perfect for cooking our own meals. We received a special personal bonus from the owner, which we won't detail here to avoid setting future expectations. It was an unexpected gesture that made our experience even more extraordinary. Sometimes, it's the surprises that money can't buy that make a stay truly memorable. We were fortunate to experience this during our visit. Thank you, Tamari and Zurab!

10 out of 10, I was truly inspired by so many great things - firstly, communication was very swift. Very welcome late night check-in. Breakfast was just amazing, Lia (I hope correct spelling) served us amazing, fleshly cooked 'shakshuka' typical Georgian breakfast. The swimming pool in Feb was very nice and warm and refreshing after breakfast (some warm head cover recommended, though). The room is super modern and advanced. Very warm! Fridge, microwave everything you need. You are doing great. Keep investing in the property! No TV, which we liked very much, you have amazing nature view 😀.

We only stayed with family for 2 nights, but during that time we received great service from wonderful people! Zurab made our stay absolutely comfortable and cozy. A pleasant and intelligent person with excellent manners and a warm attitude. The atmosphere was like a family home. Very clean, new spacious rooms and a full delicious breakfast with many options! Great location! They also have house wine! I highly recommend it to all travelers and any age) Thank you for the warm welcome ❤️🙏

Atmosphere and ambiance is great. Music you hear is pleasant and calming. There are several nice corners at the restaurant and on terrace where you can sit and enjoy. Food is amazing and wine is excellent for different tastes. Rooms are nice and clean, with small balconies. Views are spectacular showing beauty of Georgian nature. Owners of the hotel are always around, friendly and helpful, offering wine, giving advice, talking nicely which makes you feel special and your stay exceptional. I've been here several times before, even only for dinner. After some interval I found the place again very comfortable, enjoyable and sweet. In terms of location, Chateau is very close to Telavi. We went there for Music Festival and approached the Telavi Theater in 10 min by car which was very convenient. We had a possibility to see the town and at the same time to stay away and relax. I know I will come back again.

One of the highlights was the playing room, which was stocked with plenty of fun options—from a billiards table to a chess set and even a hockey setup, offering a great way to unwind. Beautiful property!! Breathtaking views of the lake alongside the mountain range. Great for families as they offer multiple amenities so everyone would have lots to do while they’re staying with them. Best part is most amenities are included with your room stay and there is no hassle of paying extra for anything. Breakfast was great with a good variety of options for vegetarians. European restaurant also had a great menu. Overall definitely recommend them!

Perfect location in the center of Sighnaghi. The hotel was very nice. Not too big, not too small. The staff was really nice. Because we had a baby, they changed our check-out for free to 1.30pm. The restaurant has a beautiful terrace and they have piano players in the evening. The rooms are quiet. Also, it is clearly more upscale than other hotels in the area which can feel a bit too guest house-y for some.

A very well equipped room run by a lovely woman - Nana who was so helpful and friendly. She helped us book vineyard tours and then a minibus back to Tbilisi. Room is super clean and breakfast is so delicious - cooked with love. Location is brilliant, so close to everything but also quiet. Very lovely stay. Highly recommended.

Found a great bar, very small but the guy that ran it and his wife were amazing, best bar we found in Georgia and probably the smallest and basic but would go there every time. Check out Suphevs Bar if you are in town. Don't be put off by how small it is, the wine and beer he picks himself and he's passionate about it. The town around the castle is nice, the rest is run down, we were recommended to go to Badia restaurant and that was the best choice, lovely meal there, went there on the day we left for coffee and a light bite, enjoyed that too.

My stay was perfect!

My stay was perfect! I visited all of the dinning options and each one was terrific. The staff was great and the recreation facilities are amazing. I enjoyed the spa and appointments were easy to make. I spent a lot of time walking around the lake and resort. The scenery is beautiful--especially this time of year. I'm coming back next year to enjoy the outdoor pools and facilities.

Overall I guess it was ok.

Overall I guess it was ok. Check-in at Park Hotel was terrible. We reserved a room with a queen bed, and all rooms are supposed to have a view. We specifically confirmed the queen bed with a request immediately after reserving. What we got at first was a room with twin beds and no real view. One side was blocked by a wall, the other side viewed the access road. The front desk refused to change anything, saying they had a large group taking an entire floor. (There was a youth group of some kind there.) We had to call the reservations line to correct this. The lady on the phone looked up the reservation, confirmed the queen bed, and arranged for a correct room. It is very disappointing that the on-site desk people can't do this. (The view was the same way but had no wall blocking one side, and the mountains could be seen from the balcony now.) Once we were set it was all ok. We did not do much in Tsinandali, just enjoyed the park and dinners. Once at the Radisson (overpriced) and one at a local Marani (very good deal!)

Stuff is unwelcoming . There was only one mediocre restaurant . no buffet in morning just cause they had lack of costumers , therefor we ordered breakfast which was pretty scarce as they did not had any salmon or avocado , which is pretty basic for an "excellent" breakfast . It was almost impossible to sleep properly cause of the sound of AC . we turned it off but then it was cold and for some reason still noisy . Spa and wellness includes closed pool , sauna and massages only but not on Tuesday apparently . we were hungry at night but apparently no 24/7 room service on week days . Seems like they work properly only on weekends but it was mentioned nowhere . When you pay so much money for just two nights service should be on high level no matter which days of week you choose . I am pretty unsatisfied .

Great location but the town lacked restaurants. On Friday night we had to taxi out to a restaurant located near the border crossing. It was good but it would be nice if they had a good selection in town. Most places to eat are associated with guest houses and not necessarily open to the public. The reserve was great. It was beautiful, well-signed and had helpful staff.

We came with a child and it was fine, too, but this place seems to be ideal for couples, very romantic and beautiful. The interiors and exteriors are so stylish. No wonder why many choose to rent it our for weddings. We loved it.

The view of the grape fields is amazing.

The view of the grape fields is amazing. The facilities are excellent, including a sauna and a pool with a nearby bar. The staff was kind and helpful. The restaurant served great food, and the local wine.

Sighnaghi is worth to visit.

Sighnaghi is worth to visit. Unfortunately during my overnight stay, it rained a lot 100 percent. We couldn't see nothing about the town in the next day. But the evening we arrived we walked through the city and it was a nice small cute little town. It's worth to visit. Go check the monastery that is nearby. We missed to see due to the rain.
