Everything!!! This is a gem in the heart of Old Town Tbilisi. The building is a former caravanserai so there is much history to it. I loved how they have carefully restored it and how they have maintained its character while at the same time blending in some modern touches. Our rooms were a good size, well appointed and our windows looked out to the busy restaurant streets on one side and on the other-- shops with rugs hanging from the windows and a glimpse of the Bridge of Peace and the Kura River. The bed was comfortable, I also loved that they put cushions by the window which allowed me to just sit and watch the activities on the street below. Breakfast was excellent, with many choices, and well presented. Coffee was also very good! The wait staff are attentive, friendly and obviously well-trained. The breakfast place was at the basement/underground floor and the brick ceiling and columns added to the vibe of this beautiful hotel. Location can't be beat!!! It straddles three main roads, restaurants are literally a step out of the hotel. Just right outside is even a 24hr restaurant! Just so many choices for food, wine shops and souvenir shopping. There was a currency exchange shop across the street, which in my stay in Georgia had the best rate from among those I got my euros exchanged. We were just walking down one street exploring and after turning a corner, it was already the Bridge of Peace, so we just crossed over to Rike Park and got on tbe cable car to Narikala Fortress. On the other side of the hotel is their outdoor restaurant and across it is the Zion Cathedral. Walking down this side leads you to another group of restaurants, the Tblisi National Museum and to Meidan Square and further to Abanotubani. Everything was all just an easy (albeit cobblestoned) walk away! The hotel staff was just perfect. Everybody was really well-trained, courteous, speaks good English, attentive and helpful.

I would like to especially mention the reception staff. I arrived very early in the morning and obviously the room was not ready yet, receptionist Lizzy immediately offered me a cup of coffee. Then during the day there was Tata at the reception, whom I would like to especially mention, she constantly monitored the readiness of the room and as soon as it was ready, I immediately received information. Check-in was done in a second. During the entire stay, she was always on shift during the day. Thanks to her, I always saw and felt a very cozy, friendly and pleasant atmosphere at the reception, maximum respect for guests and always a desire to help. I was amazed! Only extremely positive impressions remained. The rooms were clean. At breakfast, each of our company could find something suitable for themselves. I will definitely visit this hotel again!

A view of Kur river and Narikala fortress opens from the window. From the hotel you can walk to all the sights of the city. The morning breakfast is of high quality. The furnishings of the rooms are very high quality and comfortable. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The staff is exceptionally kind, every day the rooms were cleaned, tea, coffee, water, sugar were put. The car was parked in the inner courtyard of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Tbilisi.

We liked everything. This hotel was perfect for our family. We were keen to eat breakfast outside and the courtyard was the perfect setting. The hotel is less than a year old so everything was new and fresh. The staff were so helpful and friendly. It was over all excellent. No gym but we understand that one is coming soon.

10/10 - The Golden Palace Truly Lives Up to Its Name! Where do I even begin? Staying at The Golden Palace was like stepping into a world of luxury and opulence beyond traditional hotels. From the moment I arrived, the impeccable service and attention to detail blew me away. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is elite. The room itself was stunning, but the bathroom... WOW. It was bigger than most standard living rooms I’ve seen! The luxurious jacuzzi was the highlight, paired with top-tier toiletries and super comfy king size bed gave me the best sleep that I needed. Every detail, from the lighting to the marble finishes to the artwork, you have to see it. I have not seen my wife take soo many pictures in any other place than the Golden Palace. They had heated swimming pool and a grandeur reception and lounge area !! And the cherry on top? Their halal Persian restaurant!! a large variety of breakfast, from fruits to cereals to hot menu, cold menu and a la carte eggs dishes. If you are travelling with your family and are very particular about safety, service, cleanliness and facilities, take my word for it, you can't do better than the Golden Palace. Special thanks to Miss Marriam and Mr. Zao for personalizing our family's stay in the hotel. You have truly made this last night stay in Tbilisi a memorable one before I travel out of this beautiful country!! We will visit again soon. I consider this my second home in Tbilisi!! The Golden Palace is more than a hotel—it’s an experience . Truly a 10-star gem! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely exceptional hotel with 5-star facilities and service. All staff throughout my stay were beyond welcoming, yet discreet. Flawless service. Everything in the hotel feels well cared for and high quality, from stepping into the opulent reception area to the thick carpets, feather pillows and extra-comfy beds in the rooms. Giorgi on the reception desk was a highlight for his infectious joy, High five Giorgi!

The hotel: the staff, you can feel that they care for your comfortable vacation. they are so welcoming, especially the lady with short haircut whose name I cant remember, let us know every detail about the hotel when we called for information, then when we arrived, she met us with a warm welcome and said they could upgrade us so we could stay on the upper floor, bigger hotel room, not a budget one that we have booked. Other members of the staff were also very helpful, with smile on their faces everywhere: in the gaming zone, in the reception, the building itself: facilities:indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace with a beautiful garden and comfy outdoor furniture. Pool is crystal clean, water temperature is warm enough to enjoy swimming even from the first seconds. What is also very important: nobody interrupts you while enjoying your vacation: no loud sounds, you have all the privacy, so you can relax. You have so many things to do here! Even if the weather is bad, you can enjoy your stay: Gaming space: Billiards, bowling, air hockey, table tennis, virtual games, cinema, indoor swimming pool with window on a part of its ceiling, terrace with beautiful garden and nice, not very loud music. Beautiful nature near the hotel: central park is on walking distance (although not very comfortable walk as it is on the central road), but when you come to the park, you can enjoy the forrest-like quiet park with big trees🌲🌲, children can enjoy climbing and other facilities, football stadium. Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back when we want to relax near Tbilisi.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough. And never ever get into a taxi without agreement on the fare. Checked in at 0200am without any hassle. Owner was good. No selection on breakfast menu. Comfy bed, clean towels, room heater was there.

Amazing city with the soul and history! Very fresh mountain air and beautiful views of old city concept. Very friendly and helpful people and of cause very tasty food and wine! Safe even at night time. I fell in Love with Tbilisi!🩷🌹🌞

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great. There are 5+ trails available: - Azeula fortress (8km round trip), - Ghoubani (11.2 km round trip), - Udzo - Turtle Lake - Tbilisi (12 km one way), - Azureti (~10 km one way), - Kiketi (11 km one way). Routes are very clearly indicated. During April there are no restaurants/cafes either in hotel or Kojori at al. But there are several supermarkets to buy food. Locals said there is a kebab place during high season.

It was a rather secluded location and other that sidewalk eateries (Shwarma etc.) that were a 5-10 minute walk away, there were no restaurants nearby for meals. We were told that the nearest restaurant was about 5 km.

We had a wonderful stay in Tbilisi.

We had a wonderful stay in Tbilisi. The local people are amazing. So nice and kind and willing to help. The Eurovision Junior was a top-notch experience and the Arena where it was celebrated was remarkable.
