We recently spent seven nights at this beautiful new hotel on the island of Kythnos and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. At first, we were a bit hesitant as it’s a brand-new property with no reviews at the time of booking — but the moment we arrived, any doubts disappeared. From the moment we were welcomed by Mrs Maria, her husband, and the lovely team, we felt genuinely cared for. Their warmth and hospitality were above and beyond anything we could have imagined. Every detail had been thought through — from the welcome treats in the room to the personalised care throughout our stay. Communication with the hotel was also incredibly smooth. They have a dedicated WhatsApp number, which made everything effortless — from food and beach service to general requests at any time of day. It made the whole experience feel seamless and thoughtful. The rooms were immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and offered complete privacy — with stunning views, a private pool, and interiors that reflect thoughtful design (something I really appreciate as an interior designer). The entire space felt like a peaceful haven. Breakfast was a daily highlight. Rather than a typical buffet, we were treated to a curated menu that changed daily — always fresh, always delicious, and more than generous. You’ll never get bored of the food here. The hotel also offers access to a beautiful, quiet beach just before the more well-known Kolona Beach. They provide sunbeds and umbrellas, and even offer buggy transport down with beachside food and drink service — a truly luxurious touch. This has been one of the most relaxing and enjoyable holidays we’ve ever had. I’m so grateful we found this gem and will absolutely be returning. I’ve already started recommending it to friends — it’s that good.

This stay was the epitome of authentic Greek hospitality! It's not just about the excellent services, the prime location (less than 100 meters from the heart of the village), or the breathtaking view from our second-floor balcony — it's about the people behind it all. Their passion for what they do shines through every detail, and it's clear they genuinely love welcoming guests. As Greeks traveling in our own country, this was one of the most memorable and heartwarming experiences we've ever had. We left with full hearts and a strong desire to return. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be coming back to Kythnos, thanks to this incredible host! If only Booking com could allow users once a year to rate a business with more than a 10... They would for sure get it!

We had a wonderful stay the place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for exploring the island. The hosts Giannis and Tasos were very helpful with great tips for beaches and restaurants and everything worked smoothly from check-in to check-out.

Location was at the centre of Kythnos Village very close to restaurants,bars and the market. Vey close also to the central parking!
