The management and staff at Nicolas Studios were exceptionally hospitable and friendly. Very comfortable beds, clean room. Lovely garden and seating area to enjoy fruit and coffee from our hosts and share with other guests. The room and grounds were exactly as described so there were no surprises, all expectations we had were either met or exceeded :) a lovely comfortable place to stay in Patmos.

We had a great time in Patmos many thanks to our stay in this place. First of all, the host was very kind and very friendly. The room's decoration was amazing and they even welcomed us with such beautiful sandal tree smell. The fridge was full of butter, we had honey, orange juice and bread and a very good amount of coffee capsules. The room was so clean and they kept cleaning the room everyday. Everytime we were back from the beach the room was like no one ever stayed there as the house keeping was perfect. I felt like I was home. And the location was amazing, just 1 minute to the port and all the delicious restaurants and coffee shops. Thank you Dimitris so much for making us feel like we are home. We will definitely be back again.

The amazing quietness, the authenticity of the furniture, doors, the details, the smell of the sheets and towels, the balcony , the location for our interest ( the Apocalypse Cave ) , the singing of the birds , the cleanliness, the view, the privacy. If God wants us to return to Patmos , we would stay here again and again and we will suggest it to friends. We are extremely satisfied! Thank you! ,,

If you like traditional with a quirky twist this house is perfect. Just love the craftsmanship, vision and comfort of this amazing house. House is super cool inside with everything you need you need and more, including a wee bottle of wine, which was lovely. Super clean with super soft towels and bedding. Beds really comfortable, great shower with good power The garden had great space to chill and eat. Close to all sites and beaches with a10min walk into centre of town. We could have spent the full holiday in the house as it was so comfortable and relaxing, fell in love with this place
