Kiki upgraded us to a studio with two huge terraces. The view is beautiful, over Livadia and the sea. High-spec, super comfortable mattress and spacious apartment. She was very helpful, collecting us and taking us back to the ferry at the end of our stay. Yes the walk down to the village is quite steep in places but we enjoyed it. It's well lit and only takes 5-10 minutes.

Everything. Standard of the accommodation inside and out, stunning views of sea and mountains from an incredible and large verandah. The location of the apartment with regards to the gorgeous village, beach and hikes, and the bus stop to explore other areas of Tilos. The friendliness of the hosts, transport to (and from if wanted) the apartment and the port. The tranquillity and calm. We absolutely loved this place and intend to return and if you are thinking of this apartment, don't hesitate!

Beautiful location, very peaceful and perfect for watching sunrise and sunsets. The apartment had two terraces overlooking the sea. Spacious bedroom and bathroom and good kitchen facilities. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. The snack bar had a varied menu, and we enjoyed the home cooking. This was our second visit and the quality remains excellent.

Kiki communicated with us beforehand and kindly met us at the wharf and drove us up to the property. It’s not far to the village centre, but it was nice to not have to walk our bags uphill. The room was spacious and had a washing machine. The large balcony had a great view, and a large sun shade.

A lovely place with an amazing staff/family that runs it. Simple, clean and nice size of the room. Right by the beach walk and sun beds are included. I did not have the breakfast but the simple lunches I had in the snack bar was great. I like that they save the books from the earlier guests when you need options. Over the years I have tried a few hotels/rooms in Tilos and this place are for sure on my top 3 list.

The owner was very kind, arranging for us to be picked up from the port and returned to the port at the end of our stay. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.Having a cooked breakfast every other day was a great bonus.The swimming pool was great with a lot of sun beds .

Beautiful new apartment, super clean and spacious with a small lovely balcony. There's attention to small details, what made our stay very convenient. Quiet and yet close to the main square with its taverns, bars, supermarkets, and bus stop. Only a few minutes from the beach. The owner is attentive and nice, and as a whole, we highly recommend!
