1. Free bus shuttles to airport and Tung Chung station from where one takes the Cable Car and also a main public transport station. 2. Good location if you want to go to Disneyland, take the cable car and visit Lantau island. As we were a family of 4 with two small children under 3 we preferred to stay closer to the tourist attractions in Lantau island. 3. Staff was friendly and helpful especially the concierge who helped us with the taxi order and gave us advice on how to get to Shenzen by taxi. 4. Clean and spacious room, we asked for extra water and was provided fast. 5. Good and plenty of options for breakfast. We would highly recommend it.

The hotel's convenience is unparalleled, with a grocery store and an Indian restaurant on site. This was a godsend for me, as an Indian traveler craving authentic Indian cuisine. The complimentary shuttle service to the MTR station and airport was a huge bonus, making my stay super efficient and value for money. The breakfast was good. The location was excellent with sea view. All staff were very friendly including Donna and Glora and the gentleman in the dining room. Our room was spacious with plenty of drawers and storage room.

We stayed at Disney Explorers Lodge for 2 nights—our first time at a Disneyland hotel—and it was exactly what we expected from the Disney experience: fun, a bit chaotic, and full of energy. The hotel itself is themed beautifully, with lots of charming details, and it’s perfect if you want to be close to the park. The complimentary shuttle made getting to the gates easy and quick. We mainly booked the character breakfast for the photo opportunities, and it delivered! Just keep in mind, the atmosphere is lively, loud, and not particularly relaxing—more about fun than calm. That said, the variety of food was impressive, and even after two days, we hadn't tried everything. The room cleaning was excellent and done discreetly, which we appreciated. If you're planning to spend your days in the park and want that full Disney immersion (plus guaranteed character photos), this is absolutely the right hotel. Three days felt like the perfect amount of time.
