Pictures and reviews from previous guests sure did not lie!!! Fantastic hotell and resort but the very best was the staff, serviceminded, pleasant, friendly and personal. Hotell : large luxurious rooms, firm but comfortable beds, luxurious bathrooms, plenty of hot water and great timely cleaning service. Reception : spacious and welcoming, always available, friendly staff. Pool-area : hidden in a backyard, this was a real gem, not so big but lots of green, nice sun-chairs, umbrellas, large bar and sitting area, nice, clean and well maintained pool. Gym : spacious and well equiped for our needs. Restaurant : fantastic breakfast included with a lot of choices, juices, coffees, teas, fresh fruit, eggs of all sorts, bread of all kinds.. A-la-carte for both lunch and dinner offers a wide variety of dishes, all super-well preparerad and very tasty. STAFF : Riri (front office), Mahen (’our’ vaitor and coffee guy (popuan)), Piki and Manik, you and your colleagues all gave us an unforgettable vacation, it would not have been the same without you, THANK YOU, we will miss you!!

We are checking out today and will really love to come back again. Everything and everyone is so good. I only get the name of Bella at reception. She was super attentive and helped arrange breakfast for us to pick up at 2am to go to Mount Batur, what an extra mile, I was surprised and so pleased. Service was so good, breakfast was awesome, cleanliness is good. Kids enjoyed kids club with professional attentive teachers as well. Only thing is that pool a bit dirty with bugs inside. Other than that, I'm just feeling sad to leave. Will return again. I feel easy and relax with a resort that is not calculative.. everyone is helpful. The shuttle to the beach was helpful as well. Keep it up Renaissance Nusa Dua!!

I loved everything at The Palms, from the room to the pool and the staff. As a solo travelled I always try to find extra safe places to stay, and here I felt super safe. It’s right in the middle of Canggu and if you don’t want to rent a scooter you can just use the App “ Gojek “ and choose your affordable ride. The beach is only 7 minutes away by scooter, and there are lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the area. It was very clean, I had an initial problem with ants - I have a slight phobia and it is Bali, so there are lots of them. But they were very kind and found a solution right away. It feels more like a 5 star mini-resort than just a hotel. Loved it and would recommend it to everyone.

If you're staying around Kuta, this is the best place to stay. It is not just a hotel but gave more pleasant ambiance than the hotel especially their staff. They are all acommodating. Will greet you with the smile on their faces. Plus they have a restaurant giving you a good discount for your belly needs and a massage parlor right across the street. Kudos to the Seahouse house staff! Keep up the good work and keep spreading good attitude to everyone. My partner and I were so happy that we stayed for our first out of the country trip.
