Exact to the images shown, beautiful room and hot spring pool. Staff were very responsive and friendly on messaging, accommodated to our request for extra bed. Clean and comfortable. Staff onsite was very friendly and provided us with hot drinking water even though it was quite late when we arrived. Breakfast was tasty too. They also helped to arrange affordable sunrise jeep tour.

A wonderful hotel — I had the warmest impressions! The service was excellent, and the staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was beautiful, clean, and incredibly cozy — everything was perfectly arranged for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the lake and mountains right from the window, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I would gladly come back again and definitely recommend this place to my friends!

We really enjoyed our stay in these apartments! The staff was very friendly, explained everything to us, and showed us around. Our apartment was cozy, very clean, and had an amazing view of the lake, two volcanoes, and the mountains. The room had everything we needed, and the private bathtub on the terrace made our stay even more special – we even took some great photos there. The breakfast was tasty. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would love to come back!

Accommodation: We stayed in one of their luxury tents, which was nothing short of spectacular. The attention to detail was evident, with chic, comfortable furnishings . Despite being in a tent, we wanted for nothing. The bed was plush and inviting, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Service: Above all, what truly made our stay at Toteme unforgettable was the staff. The stay was just amazing! The kindness of people running it is impressing! When we arrived they helped us with the luggage because there are many stars to do to access it , they also recommended us a guide to do the tracking on mount Batur and everything was organized very well. The next morning we had the best breakfast ever served in the room : coffee and fried bananas ;) Tomleave the place they also helped with the luggage which was extremely heavy to bring up the stairs. really appreciated the overall stay and the kindness of those people! Thanks a lot!!!!!

    The facilities at Mount Batur Villa are really clean and...

    The facilities at Mount Batur Villa are really clean and well kept. The pool is excellent with picturesque views. Flies are the biggest problem for the area but there is not much can be done about that, given the vegetation in the region. The pre-dawn trip up Mount T Batur to see the sunrise is thoroughly worthwhile, as is the Jeep trip which followed to the black lava site. Had one night out in Kintamani for a meal but other than the mountain trip there is not much to do there. Couple of days there is my recommendation.

    Kintamani is a welcome breeze away from buzzing cities like Canggu and Ubud. It has beautiful nature around and is worth a visit. I would recommend to find a cool camping spot and hike up one of the volcanos.
