All the staff are very helpful and friendly.. The first day I had a problem with the bathroom being locked but it was quickly resolved by the hotel staff.. The restaurant food was very delicious, especially the fish cooked in Asam pedas. But the price of the fish was quite expensive but the food was delicious..

The guesthouse is in a very good location, close to the university so it is full with hangout places and coffees, many with live music. The atmosphere is wonderful around there. It is also not very far from the city center. The place itself is nice and clean, the shower has hot water too. Lot of places to eat around.

    Amazing staff who were all superb, shout out to Ricky really made us feel welcome with his great personality, charm and customer service. Erwin also helped us to book our bus when my app wouldn’t work. Very strategic location close to good restaurants, shopping and sights. Great pool to relax in.

    I like shopping complex & shopped at Matahari & wacoal. Wacoal bra in Pontianak cheap. Secondly I like dinner place like Kampung Kecil, very nice place. Do not miss this place when you travel to Pontianak.

    Small place. Not much of places of interest.

    Small place. Not much of places of interest. Many of the beach places were run down. Maintenance is surely an issue. But I've got to say, at least the cuisine part really boosted the experience a bit more. And the cultural experience plus the market-side walks were great.

    City full of historic sites, amazing architecture friendly...

    City full of historic sites, amazing architecture friendly locals and delicious street food. Eye catching greenery around and wonderful places to visit. Easy to travel across to Malaysia by road, There is regular bus services between Pontianak 🇮🇩 to Kuching (Malaysia) 🇲🇾 Also easy to find flight within Indonesia 🇮🇩 from Pontianak airport that is located near to city centre approximately 15 minutes 🚖 ride.
